Not for everyone, especially given the price, but designed for those seeking absolute excellence in quality and technique. You're definitely in the right place.

I have eaten sushi all over the world and Niwa is by far the best. Absolutely delicious. So fresh. The lobster roll and Niwa Roll are my favorite. An excellent experience every time. Friendly staff and stylish atmosphere. We drive hours all the way from Basel, CH just to eat at Niwa. Highly recommend!
