Incredible guys, their story and their preparation are beyond compare. It's completely worth it, if not more than you'll spend!
24/03/2026: We spent a truly enjoyable evening at Trattoria Contemporanea.
The cuisine is modern and elegant, yet very pleasant and natural, without ever being forced.
What we appreciated most was the "modular" menu: a smart and very contemporary choice that allows you to tailor your menu to your tastes and dietary needs.
It was perfect for us—I'm vegetarian and my husband isn't—and this flexibility is definitely appreciated, compared to the usual fixed menus that serve the whole table.
The location is also charming, tastefully curated.
Other positive and particularly appreciated notes: the bread trolley and the option to choose cheeses instead of the traditional dessert.
Sincere compliments to the entire team—we'll be back! 🌟🍽️

26/05/2026: Very refined cuisine, like in a Michelin-starred restaurant! The service is a bit long, as is the wait for the dishes, but it's worth the wait! The atmosphere needs to be revisited a bit! The walls and curtains need to be "lightened" and freshened up! Overall, the quality/price ratio is highly recommended! Well done!
24/04/2026: Fabulous menu, delicious dishes, perfect service, the only downside is the slightly long wait, but when the dishes arrive you understand that it was worth it.

20/07/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Burmet in Lomazzo (CO), and the experience was truly excellent.
I was greeted with great professionalism and friendliness by Mr. Giacomo. He escorted me to my table, expertly explained the menu, and carefully advised me, demonstrating a passion for his work and genuine customer care.
The restaurant is elegant and refined, yet warm and welcoming, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The quality of the cuisine lived up to expectations: I ate excellent meat, prepared with great care.
What struck me most, however, was the hospitality. Throughout the evening, I felt cared for with discretion and kindness, and at the end of the dinner, after paying the bill, I had the pleasure of chatting with Mr. Giacomo. He is an extremely empathetic person, capable of conveying passion and creating a genuine connection with his guests, helping to make the experience even more special.
I highly recommend Burmet to anyone looking for a pleasant evening filled with excellent cuisine, a warm welcome, and courtesy. I'll definitely be back!

04/08/2026: The wait staff were excellent, despite the obvious staff conflict. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good. I personally received a pizza with buffalo mozzarella, but no buffalo mozzarella (obviously just plain cow's milk mozzarella, simply added raw), and the cooking was questionable. My wife had a Caesar salad with very tough chicken. It's a shame, because the restaurant is in a strategic location for travelers like us.

12/06/2026: The lady behind the counter was more busy talking to others than serving me. In fact, even though I asked for a coffee with cold milk, I managed to stop her before she could bring me that reheated milk she'd had there for who knows how long. The coffee, by the way, wasn't very good considering the price.
08/06/2026: A modest bar, it fulfills its function but nothing more, the outside tables are very close together to the detriment of privacy.

I went to this place, expecting it to be good, precisely because of these reviews. Instead, I found the food to be poor quality (preserved cured meats from bags and day-old bread). Furthermore, the platter arrived a full 30 minutes after we ordered, despite there being only a few tables. They don't have a dedicated wine menu with prices, only glasses. The wine was served in a steel glass without ice, which was warm shortly afterward. A truly terrible experience!!!
22/06/2026: I had good expectations, totally disappointing, never seen a wine shop without a wine list, only glasses. Not to mention the cutting boards produced by discounters, they are no longer there, especially a 35 euro bottle served in a steel cylinder without ice, shameful.

07/06/2026: The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The coffee is very good. I had a great time, and I'll be back. I've been going there for years, but I hadn't written a review, and they deserve it.
