12/05/2026: A place that can now be said to be historic, 100% vegan and organic. The formula is buffet. You get a table assigned to you (it's better to book), you take a plate and put what you want on it (the choice changes every day and is always very wide, tasty and varied) then you weigh it (the scales take away the weight of the plate) and take the relevant receipt. Cost €36 per kilo (on average €13-15 is enough) drinks (wide choice of beers, soft drinks and wines) served by the always very kind and knowledgeable staff. Surprising desserts, good coffee.

06/06/2026: The two of us arrived, accompanied by our dog, and were greeted with truly rare kindness and warmth. As for the food, it was, as always, excellent: everything was simply delicious. The ladies in the dining room are excellent, professional, and perfectly coordinated in their work. We are regulars and return every time because they are a guarantee in every respect. Tasty Roman cuisine, simple but well-made, without chasing fads. It was an unusual and unexpected discovery, one of those places you stumble upon almost by chance and whose authenticity stays with you forever.

The couscous is the best...not to mention the falafel, hummus, etc. The host is so nice and always welcoming and kind! I highly recommend it...GO THERE!!!! 03/06/2026: A wonderful first evening on Elba! 🌅 Restaurant Tahiti is particularly impressive thanks to its stunning location right on the sea – the view at sunset is simply priceless. The sound of the waves in the background makes the atmosphere perfect. I had mussels in white wine sauce followed by fish – both were fresh, delicious, and prepared in a typical Italian style. A glass of white wine to go with it… you couldn't ask for a better start to your vacation. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. For me, it's a place to arrive, relax, and unwind. I'll definitely be back!

31/05/2026: A historic restaurant serving traditional Roman cuisine. The menu offers a wide range of traditional specialties, but also offers simpler, lighter options. The restaurant is always busy, making it noisy on peak days and at peak times. I recommend booking online in advance.

31/05/2026: Very good food, catering for all tastes (obviously traditional Roman fare). I recommend the carbonara, the fried dishes, and the oxtail stew. Quick and knowledgeable staff, and almost no wait time. Old-fashioned atmosphere, but given that it's a long-established trattoria, that's acceptable. The bill is a little high, but nothing out of the ordinary.

11/06/2026: We ordered pasta al ragu and pasta all'amatriciana. First, the pasta wasn't homemade (which is understandable since it wasn't specified as such). The all'amatriciana tasted like store-bought tomato sauce (the fried kind from a carton) with bacon (not guanciale, even though it was listed on the menu). The spaghetti al ragu wasn't spaghetti at all; they brought us gnocchi. Second, we specified that we didn't want cheese because the person we ordered didn't like it, and surprise, surprise, when you pierced the meat, it oozed out with cheese! By the way, the bread was €2 (with olive oil, which was tasty), but they served it to you without you even asking. A shame and a disappointment after our good run. That said, it was cheap: two pasta dishes, two coca cakes, and the bread came to €34.
