My experience with my dad tonight was magnificent. We had an appetizer of porchetta dressed with balsamic vinegar and salad—this appetizer was magnificent. For my second course, I had meat parcels filled with mozzarella and wrapped in pan-fried pancetta, with a side of salad—fantastic. My dad had wild boar with potatoes; I tried it and it was fantastic. Then we shared a plate of beef stew with peppers—magnificent. For dessert, I had the zabaglione cream with chocolate sponge cake sprinkled on top—MAGNIFICENT. The zabaglione and liqueur are made by Raul. The staff was very helpful. Raul was extremely accommodating: since we needed to share the stew, he made a little extra, and the wait was minimal. In short, he was extremely helpful. Everything was perfect, highly recommended.
