A place that can now be said to be historic, 100% vegan and organic. The formula is buffet. You get a table assigned to you (it's better to book), you take a plate and put what you want on it (the choice changes every day and is always very wide, tasty and varied) then you weigh it (the scales take away the weight of the plate) and take the relevant receipt. Cost €36 per kilo (on average €13-15 is enough) drinks (wide choice of beers, soft drinks and wines) served by the always very kind and knowledgeable staff. Surprising desserts, good coffee.

A fantastic place. A great selection of vegetarian and organic options – pure bliss! €3.20 per 100g, and we had a lovely plate for around €14. Highly recommended.

It's a very nice place, I think those who don't like vegetables should definitely come here 🤨 The price is around 20 Euros if you order a plate from the buffet, you can easily get full. The price could be a little lower. Thank you 🙏🏻

100% Bio never disappoints. If you're vegan and love organic food, this is one of the best places I've eaten in Italy. I've been back after several years, and everything is always good and high-quality. They're the only ones who also have various plant-based drinks (not just soy and top brands) for cappuccinos and beyond.

Here, lunch isn't just a meal, but a journey through time, guided by three generations united by an immense love for cooking and their guests. You can feel a genuine passion, the kind you rarely find anymore, expressed in typical dishes from Liguria and Tuscany. The menu is simple yet rich in delicious and anything but ordinary options. Each course is meticulously prepared, generous, delicious, and beautifully presented: dishes crafted with the exacting care of a grandmother from days gone by. You feel pampered, just like at home, with the added bonus of absolutely fair and reasonable prices for the quality offered. A special mention goes to the finish: a delicious apple tart followed by an original orange and chili limoncino that truly delighted us. We can't wait to return to try the rest of the menu.
