A place that can now be said to be historic, 100% vegan and organic. The formula is buffet. You get a table assigned to you (it's better to book), you take a plate and put what you want on it (the choice changes every day and is always very wide, tasty and varied) then you weigh it (the scales take away the weight of the plate) and take the relevant receipt. Cost €36 per kilo (on average €13-15 is enough) drinks (wide choice of beers, soft drinks and wines) served by the always very kind and knowledgeable staff. Surprising desserts, good coffee.

A fantastic place. A great selection of vegetarian and organic options – pure bliss! €3.20 per 100g, and we had a lovely plate for around €14. Highly recommended.

It's a very nice place, I think those who don't like vegetables should definitely come here 🤨
The price is around 20 Euros if you order a plate from the buffet, you can easily get full.
The price could be a little lower.

100% Bio never disappoints.
If you're vegan and love organic food, this is one of the best places I've eaten in Italy.
I've been back after several years, and everything is always good and high-quality.
They're the only ones who also have various plant-based drinks (not just soy and top brands) for cappuccinos and beyond.

Highly recommended for vegan/vegetarian lunches, with a wide selection of dishes, all very good! The price is based on weight and is very fair for the quality of the food.

I personally prefer Dishes like pizzotta with hummus and pomodorini, spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino, and the vegan tiramisù are tasty and clearly made with quality ingredients. However, the pay‑by‑weight buffet can get expensive quickly, and during busy hours the service and organization feel a bit chaotic, which takes away from the overall experience.

Wonderful food, super lovely staff, brilliant place to eat! Across the square from Porta San Paolo metro station (ignore Google directions - you can almost see it). Went twice and ate in and took buffet (pay by weight) meals with me it was so lovely 😍 All vegan
