30/03/2025: Mi sono recata in questo delizioso piccolo locale situato subito sotto Stazione Trastevere, perché mi capitava di passare di lì prima di prendere il treno e mai scoperta fu più gradita. Un grazie di cuore a Fernando che con gentilezza e tante risate mi ha fatto assaggiare il maritozzo con la panna più buono di sempre.

The quality of the product is excellent: soft, well-filled and tasty, a real pleasure for the palate. The offer of croissants and other desserts is also interesting. However, the place is very small and often crowded, which makes the experience a bit chaotic. The staff, probably due to the intense pace, are not always friendly and can appear tired and hasty, which affects the general atmosphere. If you are willing to put up with a bit of a wait and a service that is not always impeccable, it is worth trying it for the goodness of the Maritozzi. But if you are looking for a more relaxed and welcoming experience, perhaps it is better to evaluate alternatives.

13/04/2025: Sono stata a pranzo con una mia amica qualche settimana fa . Cercando diverse proposte su Internet ci siamo imbattute su questo ristorantino niente male ,è situato non direttamente sul mare ma ne vale davvero la pena . Abbiamo preso là tartare di salmone , ( consigliatissima , una delle migliori mai mangiate in tutta la mia vita ) , melanzane alla parmigiana con salmone ( abbinamento particolare ma ben riuscito ) e il soute di cozze ( che ve lo dico a fa il sughetto era davvero impeccabile , gustoso e saporito e sapeva di mare ) . Per primo ci siamo prese due spaghetti alle vongole ; plauso particolare ai piatti di design e moderni, la pasta era veramente squisita , aveva gusto e hanno dosato molto bene il mix di sapori, niente sovrastava il resto, era tutto perfettamente bilanciato . Inoltre vorrei farvi presente che il proprietario del ristorante è stato cordiale , gentile e disponibile . CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE A TUTTI DI PROVARLO E SOPRATUTTO ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!! Ve lo dice una ragazza che è super schizzinosa .

A very welcome surprise together with the final bill that makes the place a safe haven to refer to. Highly recommended!!!!

07/04/2025: In theory it's a vegetarian tavern, in practice you don't even notice. The dishes are so particular and good that you don't think about them at all. I like the idea of ​​not having to think about what I'm eating, at least in this sense. Leavened products are devastating, I could have only eaten those. The desserts were good, but perhaps I was expecting something more. The place is simple, perhaps a little bare and "sterile", but that's my taste, minimalist is perhaps the most appropriate term. Four of us each had a starter, first course and dessert, 3 drinks in addition to water (combucha) and in total we spent around €60 each.

25/03/2025: Veg Restaurant. In the heart of Appio Latino. The environment is comfortable, the guys in the dining room are professional, kind and also knowledgeable about wines. The entree of various types of leavened products and the fried croquette with potato and onion are given to everyone. It is a winning card to "offer" but since we are talking about bread, pizza etc. it is best to ask first if there are allergies or intolerances. These that you see are the spring menu and we took: Mixed pasta "Mancini" escarole, sour butter and confit shallot. The pasta was a little salty. The escarole sauce with sour butter is a winning combination, neither of the two overlaps the other, you can feel the fattiness that the butter gives and the flavor of the vegetables, the shallot gives extra sweetness, excellent. For the second course; Braised artichoke, monray sauce and jus of Provençal herbs. Unfortunately the hard leaves of the artichoke remained, so I had to spit them out. You can use the outer leaves to make chips, soups, etc. so as not to waste the raw material. For the rest, the sauce was tasty while the jus was very neutral. I recommend bringing a spoon with this dish.

25/04/2025: Very friendly staff, tends to liven up the atmosphere. Worth mentioning in particular is Matteo who always puts himself on top and makes the stay very pleasant. Excellent food, best carbonara I've ever tasted. House wine on top🙌🏽🙌🏽

25/04/2025: Truly exquisite, the service was very attentive and helpful, the food beyond good, and off the beaten path. 100% recommended… you have to listen carefully to Matteo's recommendations (he's a sweetheart), all exquisite, and the attention and concern of the manager, Tina, are a gift for any guest, as she tries to cater to every whim.
