23/10/2025: Hello, if you're standing in front of an empty restaurant like we were last week, go in! It was absolutely delicious! The pinsa and the homemade pasta were really well made. Highly recommended. Including drinks, we spent just under €20 per person. The two gentlemen were very nice and served us well.

17/10/2025: Excellent traditional Roman cuisine with quality ingredients. Very friendly staff. Exceptional value for money.

09/12/2025: Pensa is delicious, in my opinion one of the best in Rome. The selection of flavors is also excellent, ranging from creativity to tradition, always with top-quality ingredients. Craft beers on par with the best craft beers, friendly and fast service... Virtually flawless (except for the parking problem, but that's not their fault!)

07/12/2025: We went as a couple on a Saturday night without a reservation. We were warmly welcomed despite the typical stress of those evenings. There were no tables available, but they warmly invited us to sit at the bar, and it was a truly happy choice. The staff is always smiling and helpful. We tried one of their (many) beers, then the pinsa... everything was delicious. Fair prices.

19/11/2025: We were tired of pasta so came to this Vietnamese restaurant for a change. The food was not authentic at all and every dish had missing ingredients. My Pho has so little soup so weird! The cash out process also took long.

17/11/2025: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant for dinner. My friend and I are vegan, so we didn't have to sacrifice anything. Almost every dish could be vegan, and there were several that were already vegan. The flavor was excellent, the service was very friendly, and we felt right at home. We'll be back soon!

09/11/2025: The service leaves much to be desired. We asked for snacks that never arrived. The staff was sparse and the food was mediocre. I don't think we'll be back!

18/11/2025: The place is definitely nice. I had a gnocchi starter. Terrible. The smell was unpleasant and the taste was unremarkable. The rest was good. I left feeling very disappointed, to say the least. I definitely wouldn't go back.

The star? A perfectly grilled rib-eye steak, served on a hot stone to preserve its juiciness and aroma. A tender, flavorful, perfectly marbled meat, with that crispy crust that only grilling can provide. Impeccably cooked, expertly dosed flaked salt, a carefully served cut: a true celebration of meat. To accompany this triumph, a glass (or rather, more than one!) of *Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore "Il Bugiardo" – Buglioni*. A wine that pairs magnificently with the structure of the meat: intense on the nose, elegant on the palate, with hints of ripe cherry, spice, and a smoothness that accompanies every bite without ever overpowering it. 05/12/2025: A very nice place, in the Casalotti neighborhood, quality meat, excellent wine, desserts, surprisingly very good.. I was disappointed by the 'lesso' meatballs... Average prices.

31/10/2025: Very friendly hostess. Delicious sweets and the pink spritzer tastes amazing. Highly recommended and a fantastic view.

14/12/2025: The region's finest produce, expertly selected and produced by Vincenzo Mancino (an icon of small, locally sourced producers and their excellence), combines with Chef Carlo Fiorini's flair and knowledge of recipes passed down through generations, creating an excellent product not to be missed. Proloco Centocelle is a place that promotes culture and social action through the finest food possible. The seven-meter counter, where you can purchase the same products used in the restaurant, is the icing on the cake. If Italian cuisine is a world heritage, it owes it to our mothers and grandmothers and to businesses like this.

13/12/2025: A negative experience, almost a shock. The first carbonaras were foul-smelling, as the waiter admitted, and the guanciale was rancid. The carbonaras they served to replace the first ones were mediocre, still among the worst we've had in Rome. The charcuterie and cheese platter was decent... a shame, the place is nice.

10/10/2025: I visited this restaurant and was really pleased with my experience. The dish I ordered was very tasty and well-prepared — the meat was tender, the sauce rich, and the side dish complemented the flavor perfectly. The atmosphere felt cozy, and it was clear that the food is made with care. I also recently discovered a great calorie-tracking service that helped me analyze this exact dish (you can see it on the photo). Tracking nutrition with it has become so much easier: it instantly calculates calories and macros. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to keep an eye on their diet — it really makes things simpler.

04/10/2025: Food was okay. Not great, not terrible. It was however WAY overpriced for what it was, even by Roman standards. €18 for a bowl of chickpea soup with no meat or anything is simply outrageous. It was also improperly translated on the menu. I thought I was ordering a salad and not a soup.

13/11/2025: Meh. The food is good, the service is okay. But you're basically greeted in a hotel lobby with people constantly walking by. The receptionist spends all their time answering the phone, and the constant coming and going makes the experience quite unpleasant.
