26/09/2025: Palmerie is very welcoming and with attention to detail. The atmosphere is modern and relaxing, perfect for a dinner with friends or a romantic evening. We had dinner and I had the opportunity to taste several dishes and I was pleasantly impressed, I want to return because they told me that there will be a new menu launched soon! Nothing to say about the service. The staff is friendly and made us feel good.

15/08/2025: The meal was perfect! I was impressed by the kindness and effort to explain everything to me, even though I couldn't speak English! I was so happy to have this meal on my last day in Italy! I don't speak Italian, so I ordered from photos, and they recommended dishes that were as similar as possible, making it a delightful meal!

17/10/2025: I went here because I was craving Asian food after visiting the Colosseum. The beef noodle soup was absolutely delicious! The shrimp dumplings were also delicious! I thought the black rice was jajangmyeon from the picture, but it was black rice fried rice. Haha. I had a delicious meal and made some great memories here~~! The staff were all friendly and cute! In particular, the young Chinese man who served our table and the Middle Eastern/Asian man were incredibly kind and cute!

16/10/2025: I'm Taiwanese, and maybe it was because I'd been eating Italian food for so many days that I stumbled upon a super authentic Zhejiang Kung Fu Chinese restaurant! It was surprisingly delicious! The flavors were incredibly authentic, and the service was friendly. We even came back a second time before leaving Italy! It was authentic and delicious. I recommend the hot dishes. 1. Hot and Sour Soup 2. Stir-fried Bok Choy 3. Mapo Tofu (not too spicy) 4. White Rice 🍚 5. Stir-fried Shrimp with Broccoli 🥦 6. Steamed Fish 🐟

04/10/2025: Happy and kind 💪🏻 It seems ordinary, but it's extraordinary. Meatballs flavored with lemon and mint, slightly salty and spicy chicory, and even a ricotta and pear cake, all the way to coffee—everything is perfect. I personally value hospitality as much as the food, and they were incredibly friendly and attentive, making for a comfortable and enjoyable meal. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar were of high quality, and I could tell just from the aroma. It seems like not many Koreans visit this place, so I'm leaving a review because it's a shame.

14/10/2025: Introduction...in a world that increasingly frequents restaurants, and...a world of "judges and reviewers," my opinion of this place is: Unique!!! and absolutely worth trying, because you'll understand for yourself. I've always been a traditionalist when it comes to food, but as I get older, I increasingly appreciate those who can offer something traditional but with a fresh take. Eden for me is: a menu that changes slowly but constantly, making us appreciate the seasonality of the products. The owner, Mattia, is clearly in love with what he does, and it's evident not only in the results he achieves, not only in how he works, but above all in his choice of quality ingredients and his creativity in always seeking innovation. And then, the "commercial offers" like the midweek specials to entice us all to indulge in a treat!!! Truly good and with the ability to appeal to everyone, for example, the first vegan dish on the menu (mushrooms and truffles) is GALACTIC!!!!!! and probably everyone on Earth and beyond will love it! No problem: everything is superb.
