Went on a midweek dinner with a friend. Friendly and well mannered staff, we have been really looked after. They are famous for seafood, but also do good pizzas for dinner

A beautiful, unexpected location, fun and ideal for special evenings. Everyone welcomes you, from the valet outside to the truly excellent and attentive service in the dining room. Very good food with generous dishes featuring fish specialties; they also do pizza. We had the full fish menu for €40... lots of appetizers, two first courses, one second course, and a mountain of warm focaccia! This place is truly a great place to discover!

Local museum with wooden cat figurines and paintings of all things cat... you can eat amazing fish and also meat... Florentine steak... normal prices. I highly recommend it!

One of my favorite places for dinner in Rome. The food and atmosphere are incredible. The selection of seafood is wide and amazing. The grilled fillet, mushroom tagliata and risotto with prawns are hard to forget. Tiramisù is smooth and delicious. The wine list offers a wide selection of handpicked bottles from every Italian region. The place is full of antiques objects and old peculiar forniture. Reservation is highly recommended. I'm looking forward to dine again at "The locanda del gatto nero"

14/04/2026: Varied menu, all fresh Besides the meat, the excellent pasta dishes and the fresh and spectacular French fries are also worth mentioning. Attentive service Above-average prices, especially for the meat. 20% less and it would be the perfect place.
13/04/2026: Good steakhouse with different varieties and cuts of meat in an 80s-style setting. Prices are slightly high.
