Delicious vegan food and friendly service. We had the supplí, hummus/couscous tasting platter, pastas and carrot cake. The bucatini and ginger linguine were amazing. Everything was delicious! Definitely worth trying out if you're in Rome, even if you're not vegan/vegetarian. Everything is vegan here.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food paired with a good wine list! I’d highly recommend Ma Va'? to anyone looking for creative vegan twists on Roman classics without breaking the bank. I love it!

We returned after some time in October 2025. We found the menu to be well-curated, with just the right number of options, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service. Everything we ate was delicious, served with care and in generous quantities. It remains a benchmark for vegan cuisine, worth trying again and again.

I had the linguine all’amatriciana which was a beautiful tomato sauce with smoked tofu. It was absolutely delicious. For dessert I ordered the apple cake with salted caramel sauce. In the photo of this dish it showed a beautiful caramel sauce covering the cake. However when it came the sauce had been replaced with a thick paste. It tasted nice and the cake was very soft but I was disappointed not to have the sauce I was expecting. In the photos I’ve posted there’s the apple cake as shown on menu and another photo of what I actually got. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars. The ambiance is nice and I would return

This restaurant serves delicious, homemade food that exudes love and care. It’s a bit off the tourist area, but the walk is worth it. We wish this place continued success and prosperity. We’ll definitely return during our next visit to Rome. 🍝🇮🇹🤍

There's a huge amount of prejudice surrounding the term vegan, and people don't accept that you can make excellent food without necessarily using animal-based ingredients. This place is just what you need to change your mind... I'll be back!

I tried it for the first time when I ordered takeout, and I have to say it was a great discovery. The packaging was excellent for keeping the food warm.
