Here you can taste traditional Roman cuisine, cooked with care and skill, from appetizers to first courses, such as amatriciana, cacio e pepe, carbonara, etc. The main courses are also excellent, including tripe, oxtail stew, roast lamb, and lamb chops. The side dishes include delicious chicory, broccoli, and puntarelle, but the real specialty is the artichokes, both Roman-style and Jewish-style, a true feast of flavor and taste.

We found it almost by accident and it was a fantastic discovery! A true traditional trattoria with limited seating but all the traditional dishes at truly fair prices! We tried all the first courses and the roast suckling pig, and everything was delicious! The friendliness of the staff made the difference. We felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Stopped on highway to go see the village at top of range. Mentana. Family centric authentic Italian food scenery and like having dinner on a Sunday Italian home. Try it.

A historic trattoria where substance reigns supreme. The sliced beef with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan is excellent: tender meat, generous portions, and fresh ingredients.
The rustic atmosphere faithfully respects the tradition promised by the menu. If you're looking for old-fashioned cuisine, this is the ideal place.

Excellent experience at Garibaldi's, with plentiful, high-quality food. A wide selection of meat and fish first and second courses, with a special mention for the coda alla vaccinara. Plus, they also make irresistible bread. Very friendly and helpful staff, and wait times are kept to a minimum. I recommend calling to reserve; for me, it's a must-try when I visit Mentana. Congratulations!
