We first came to this restaurant three years ago during one of our visits to Rome and absolutely loved it. Coming back again, we had another amazing lunch. The carbonara was excellent, and the steak was really good as well. But the real reason we returned was the tiramisu , one of the best, if not the best we’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

By far the best restaurant in Rome. The service is excellent, the food is top quality, the tiramisu they make tableside is amazing. And the wine selection is spectacular. I would always go back.

Trattoria Cotto e Magnato

17/05/2026: This restaurant has a lovely, simple, and homey atmosphere. The waiters are friendly and approachable. We loved all the dishes—starters, main courses, and desserts. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. The moka pot coffee at the end was a real treat. It's definitely worth a visit, and I'll definitely be back.
16/05/2026: Simple restaurant, but with very good food at a good price. Friendly staff. We spontaneously got a table for dinner.

27/05/2026: A nice place, cozy location and good service. I would have liked a more flavorful pasta dish with truffle, it seemed a bit too dry for my taste.
22/05/2026: Lorena the sommelier made the evening for us. Brought so many choices of wine and explained all of them so well. Had amazing food. Everyone is so friendly. Beautiful, clean restaurant. Very good with allergies
