12/11/2025: I wasn’t planning to go out today, but I got a nice bonus on a website (it’s shown in the photo) — so I decided to treat myself a bit. The dinner was wonderful: tasty pasta, cozy vibe, and that feeling that everything came together just right.

03/12/2025: I went with friends who have been frequenting this restaurant for years, convinced and confident. 4 people. We had 6 mixed appetizers (nothing special), a tuna tartare divided between 4. 2 first courses 1 wine (Vermentino) starter 2 waters The total was brought to you on a piece of paper written in pen without a bill for the courses. I didn't even see a menu with prices, no receipt. Total €300.00. I was shocked, but out of respect for the friend who raved so much about this place, I didn't say anything. For me, that's it. Thanks Deledda. Happy continuation of the scams (sooner or later, it will end).

20/11/2025: I had the pleasure of trying this Roman trattoria in Ciampino, and I must say it was simply fantastic. From the start, you could feel the authentic atmosphere, filled with authentic flavors and a sincere welcome. We started with the house antipasto, rich and well-stocked, perfect for immediately delving into Roman tradition. The carbonara was a true revelation: perfectly creamy, with quality ingredients and that bold flavor that only authentic trattorias can deliver. The meatballs were soft and flavorful, just like homemade, while the coratella won over even those who don't usually choose it, thanks to its perfect cooking and intense yet balanced flavor. The portions are generous, as is tradition, and the staff are distinguished by their kindness and helpfulness, helping make the meal even more enjoyable. All at a truly excellent price, especially considering the quality of the dishes. An authentic trattoria, the kind that makes you love Roman cuisine even more. Highly recommended!

27/11/2025: Too expensive for a pizza, two-thirds of the pizzas on the menu cost between 18.50 and 20 euros, and even more.

16/12/2025: We wanted to have a sort of aperitif. We ordered three beers, a platter, and a white focaccia. I wonder: if you see three people sitting down, don't you bring a platter for one person? A platter arrived with three slices of prosciutto, two slices of coppa, one of spicy salami, and four small pieces of cheese. We paid €37.50 for three beers (two medium and one small), a platter (basically for one person), and a white focaccia with six small slices of pizza. We left feeling hungrier than before.

16/12/2025: Small corner Bistrot with a mix of Franchise and Italian food. Very nice setting, amazing food, and top service. Warmly recommended.

26/10/2025: If you go to Ostia you can't miss going to visit them, we went after a Judo competition and we stayed late, they welcomed us very well, the bill was honest and the food was excellent, compliments to everyone

09/12/2025: The place has finally started hiring staff to clean its premises, and the new staff are also available to answer requests. It's improved recently.

08/12/2025: I'm not talking about McDonald's itself, as it's one of the company's many branches. But why did I choose to review it? Simply because I had a great experience, without any problems, and because of its location, which is close to the Mirti Metro C station. Great!

17/11/2025: Two visits to this restaurant, and each time a superb evening. The dishes are of exceptional quality, the service is excellent, and the wine recommendations are given with genuine expertise. The wine selection is incredible, especially since one of the servers is a winemaker himself! Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: A fantastic experience at this wine bar with a kitchen. They found us a table even though they were full and served us very quickly. They helped us choose a great local wine, and the food was delicious. Special mention for the magic mushroom 😍 All this with great friendliness and an excellent soundtrack!

19/11/2025: Everything is superb. I have a weakness for raw and cured local fish. I find a skill and passion in these dishes that perhaps surpasses that of the cooked ones, even though they are excellently made. We just wish the restaurant had been a little warmer at the tables. We chose the 8-course raw fish tasting menu, but were delighted to be served multiple samples, all prepared with the freshest, highest-quality fish. The fish cold cuts served as appetizers were a delightful discovery: original, delicate, and rich in flavor. Each subsequent course confirmed the caliber of the cuisine, capable of surprising without ever losing sight of the raw ingredients. The service is impeccable: attentive, kind, and always available, capable of making the experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant that combines sophistication, creativity, and a genuine passion for the sea. Highly recommended for seafood lovers looking for a truly special dinner.

23/11/2025: This is a wonderful rustic venue in the Roman countryside. My fiancée and I came here to stay the night & taste the most popular dishes featured at their weddings. Everything was delicious and they were very generous with the wine! The rooms are spacious and clean and has everything you could need. All of the staff are welcoming and helpful. They are clearly a tight knit group and the banter between them is obvious. The moment you walk into Casale Doria and meet Peter at the front desk,you can feel the positive dynamic present here. We had Gizem take us through the wedding details. She is professional yet incredibly fun, a perfect blend of efficient and charm which made our whole experience wonderful. I cannot recommend this venue enough. It is truly a gem.

27/10/2025: We chose Casale Doria Pamphilj after meeting the girls at the RDS wedding showcase in Dublin! We instantly fell in love with the surroundings, the kindness and the set up of their weddings. We could not have asked for better service from each & every individual from the very first states of planning to checking out! Gizem and her amazing team insured everything moved smoothly and without any issues. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting how amazing everything was, including the wonderful Peter who made sure we were all okay and took some fabulous Polaroid images on the wedding day for us! We will never ever forget our incredible experience in this venue & can only wish to go back and visit again one day 🤍
