The quality is excellent, and the portions may seem small, but they're not. I'd say they're just right! Just the right amount to fill you up and keep you from bloating.

The place is welcoming, there is kindness and friendliness, excellent quality and price, I have eaten almost everything in the times I have been there with my family and everything was cooked to perfection, congratulations.

After dining at "Smilzo" four times in two weeks, I can confidently say it's a true neighborhood gem. The menu is deliberately pared down, as each dish is freshly prepared by the two owners, who combine remarkable culinary talent with an excellent sense of hospitality, rooted in warmth and natural charm. The dishes we tasted were all of the highest quality, authentic, and carefully crafted. The traditional Roman pasta dishes were excellent, enhanced by truly extraordinary guanciale. The chips and French fries, light and perfectly crisp, were not at all greasy. The vegetables, both flavorful and delicate, were distinguished by their balance and freshness, while the cheeses, accompanied by homemade yellow pepper jam, were a particularly successful pairing. The arrosticini were also noteworthy. A truly positive experience. Well done, guys!

I visited Suspension Park and discovered a great local spot. The pasta and hamburgers were delicious! And the service was friendly.

For a Milanese, a cacio e pepe, an amatriciana, or a gricia at Smilzo are so good you'll want to move to Rome. Excellent, friendly, excellent value. Legendary...

The waiter was very nice, and we really enjoyed the dinner we had here.

I've lived on the Tuscolana side of the river for years, yet I hadn't heard of it. A delightful (and delicious) discovery made by chance while strolling. I had an excellent carbonara, a delicious lemon and ginger chicken, and a delicious mango and ginger cheesecake. The staff was very kind and attentive, even to those with special needs, like me, who am visually impaired.
