La Vecchia Taverna In Velletri

First and, at the moment, only time in Velletri. We honestly chose this place at random, but we were REALLY LUCKY. Delicious food with attention to detail; I ate with great pleasure even things that I normally don't prefer because they were very well made. My children who usually make a fuss and don't finish their plate cleaned up everything and left me nothing (damn them!). They have a young but very knowledgeable and kind sommelier who assists you on the pairing of wines depending on the dishes you are ordering. Fast service (no long waits). The owner is so friendly, kind and nice to the children that for me she could have been a close relative, like an aunt. Prices commensurate with the quality and atmosphere. I recommend La Vecchia Taverna to anyone passing through Velletri.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Exquisite food, super-trained and passionate staff, excellent wines and spirits in general. I will definitely come back on my next business trip.

For lovers of first courses and good meat. I started with a cheese and ham platter, a refined and very pleasant taste, and then continued with an exceptional, very tasty carbonara. The side dishes worthy of the previous dishes. I advise.

Locale piccolo ma carino, pulito ben tenuto, possiamo dire una taverna, cucina con possibilita di scelta, dai formaggi alla carne in bella mostra. La stuttura e' gestita interamente da figli e mamma, con il piu' grande che fa il cuoco e la cosa piacevole che ti parla della farina del Senatore Cappelli e percio sa quello che fa.. preso degustazione salumi e formaggi e degustazione di salcicce.. perfette.. ampia scelta di vini, locali e non , sbriciolata di amarene fatta dalla mamma.. ecco i posti dove ti senti a casa sempre trattato con rispetto . Rapporto qualita prezzo media. complienti

È sempre un piacere andare a mangiare in questo ristorante. Ingredienti di alta qualità e accoglienza impeccabile. Ci si sente a casa!!

Davvero una bella scoperta. Cucina casareccia ma raffinata. Tagli di carne frollata non facili da trovare da queste parti. Carta dei vini molto ampia. Servizio impeccabile. Prezzi un po' sopra la media per essere una taverna (si spende sopra i 40 euro a persona per un pranzo). Però da tornarci.

Ottima scoperta! Ristorante a conduzione familiare nel pieno centro di Velletri. Il tutto ha inizio dalla prenotazione: la signora ci ha consigliato anche il posto dove parcheggiare. Arrivati in anticipo di mezz’ora siamo stati accolti senza problemi. Pranzo: amatriciana con pasta fatta in casa. Deliziosa. Consiglio vivamente la location. Ci torneremo.

Ragazzi questa trattoria è per palati fini … ha tutti prodotti di alta qualità ricercati .. Dagli antipasti ai secondi .. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto misto della casa .. per poi proseguire con primi e secondi che dire… Complimenti Complimenti a tutti dal bravissimo cameriere allo chef e alla simpaticissima signora!!!
