My friend Maria Grazia and I are now super loyal customers of this little corner of kindness, courtesy and professionalism. The food is amazing; I have never found any fault with the dishes on the menu (and in recent years I can say that I have tasted quite a few, in fact almost all of them). What else can I say other than that flaca is HOME.

Prices a little high for what they offer, but we ate well. The seats are a little uncomfortable and the tables are too close in my opinion (we could hear all the neighbours' conversations), furthermore there is a table located near the steps which makes sitting even more uncomfortable because you don't have much space to move around. The service however is top, the guys are very kind. Some dishes on the menu were not available but we were informed only when we asked to have them... in general the experience was not bad, but given that the place wants to be sold as an "indie" place (with prices not for everyone the pockets) I would use a little more caution.
In my opinion better for an aperitif than for a lunch/dinner

La pinza romana molto buona e saporita la birra è meramente eccezionale,anche i supplì sono molto saporiti.
Unico difetto è che forse all’interno del menu bisogna specificare se si tratta di una pinza romana invece ci sta scritto pizza.

Secondo la classifica di RomaToday la carbonara della Flaca è la
terza più buona di tutta Roma! Onestamente mi sembra un tantinello esagerato: la carbonara non era nientediche con l' errore del guanciale duro e non croccante.
Buone le polpette al pistacchio, controfiletto con troppo grasso ma tenero anche perchè mon era previsto il coltello da bistecca. Da dimenticare la sbriciolata, buonino il tiramisù.
La Flaca è un ristorante di quartiere, carino, con una proposta che copre i vari momenti della giornata.
Se andate solo per la carbonara, rimarrete delusi, se andate per tutto il resto allora....potete andarci!!!
