The atmosphere is welcoming, but the cuisine truly steals the show, with meticulously prepared vegetarian dishes. Unmissable dishes: Eggplant meatballs: Simply perfect. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they exude all the traditional flavor with an extra touch of delicacy. Stuffed ravioli: The menu's true highlight. The pasta is expertly rolled out, and the filling is an explosion of balanced flavors, capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates. Seitan paillard: Surprising in its texture and flavor. Seitan often risks being bland, but here it is enhanced by masterful cooking, making it juicy and flavorful, an excellent protein alternative that leaves nothing to be desired.
