Returning to this restaurant after several years, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Each dish evokes the authentic flavors of Greece, all in an intimate and familiar setting in the heart of Rome. A truly wonderful rediscovery!

A delicious dinner on a lovely warm Roman evening. Truly excellent service: the waiter was able to explain all the dishes very well, with a slight Greek accent that helped make you feel a little like you're in Greece. We only had a large selection of appetizers, and they were all delicious. There was no wait; the various dishes were brought to us in sequence without overlapping, so we could enjoy them at our leisure. The Greek IPA beer was truly excellent. And then the desserts were delicious! Highly recommended!

A typical Greek restaurant in the heart of Trastevere. Everything was perfect. Impeccable and punctual service. Very good food. Luckily, parking was also available. An evening worth repeating, trying new dishes.

A very nice authentic Greek restaurant with indoor air con seating on two floors and outside seating. The food is generally very good but not very much fish strangely. The pitta bread is excellent as is the Tzatziki and olives. The special on the evening we visited (stuffed melanzano) was superb but the vegetarian 'mousaka' was a travesty. A great range of terrific artisanal Greek beers including alcohol free. It's not cheap!

Hands down, the best Greek restaurant in Rome! The place itself is very charming; when you arrive, you're immediately transported to a different atmosphere, you feel like you're truly in Greece: ambient music at the right volume, the smell of good food, the wooden tables... the perfect setting. And the food is simply exquisite! From the presentation of the dishes to the rich flavors, fresh, quality ingredients, you can taste it from the first bite. The pita bread arrived piping hot, and the tzatziki sauce tasted freshly made. We also had the ricotta-filled puff pastry (delicious) and the fried feta with honey (if I had to find a flaw, it just needed a little more honey...). The rack of lamb was cooked to perfection, just right, with just the right spices, a real treat. I must say that all the meats I tried (including the chicken skewer, the pork, the ground meatball) were cooked well, leaving them very juicy, not dry. I'm a fan of okra, which isn't always found in Italy, and it was very well done, even if it wasn't my favorite way. The desserts deserve a review on their own, they were so delicious and so impressive. That biscuit and raisin cake was one of the best things I've ever tried in my life. It was an explosion of flavors, delicate yet incredibly rich, and even though it looks like cheesecake, it has nothing to do with it (I even asked the waitress what it was called, but she explained that it was their own creation, the one they made every now and then, and unfortunately I don't know what it's called). The kataifi wasn't served with just any ice cream, but with a sort of yogurt and honey on top. Both desserts ended this delightful evening at the taverna in style. It's a place I absolutely must return to, and I can't wait!

A Greek tavern in the heart of Trastevere: quick, courteous, and professional service, and good traditional Greek dishes, especially the meat. We tried the off-menu wild boar moussaka, and I have to say it wasn't bad at all. The amphora-aged rosé wine was excellent. If I had to find a small flaw, I'd say that compared to the pitas I've tried so far at other traditional restaurants, theirs didn't wow me, but that's a small matter. The quality/price ratio is also good, especially considering the location.
Approved.

The souvlaki meat was tough, the pita was just frozen, the feta was tasteless, I don't understand why they make the salad without lettuce, the pita arrives late and the meat gets cold in the meantime, upon express request not to have onions in the salad, this one arrives with onions, a dish arrives that you didn't request, there is a musty smell downstairs, from the 5 stars I gave in the past we have dropped considerably.
