What a wonderful discovery in the heart of Rome. I was blown away by the exceptional quality of each course, presented meticulously on beautiful ceramics. The sea urchin nigiri was absolutely incredible, fresh and delicately flavored. Every bite was a true treat. I will definitely return to try other specialties from this magnificent place.

We did the tasting, and everything was included except the drink. Very good, a quality experience with dishes that transport you to another culture.

Rome's top Japanese restaurant. A wonderful dining experience with sashimi and sushi, cooked right in front of you at the counter by the chef. The fish is incredibly fresh and served impeccably. The restaurant is beautiful and elegantly decorated. The staff is attentive and courteous, recommending the most sophisticated dishes. A truly excellent dining experience.

I consider myself a great lover of Japanese cuisine, and the experience at Kohaku didn't thrill me. Almost every bite raised very high expectations, which, once in the mouth, were not disappointed but not satisfied.

Amazing food, setting and service. Food came promptly was so clean and the service was great. Best chicken skewers I’ve had with the most delicious yuzu chili sauce. Great addition to the trip to break up copious amounts of pasta! Flavor on all of our food was delicious! Chicken skewers, wagyu dumplings, sea bass nigiri, spicy tuna roll, tuna tartare!

A fantastic find on Via Marche. I was impressed by the incredible attention to detail in the presentation of each dish, especially the salmon tartare served in a bowl on a bed of crushed ice. Everything we ordered was excellent. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite, and the atmosphere makes the experience truly enjoyable. We will definitely be back to try other specialties.
