The restaurant is part of a historic building that also houses the Hiberia Hotel, where we stayed on Sunday, March 30. It's very convenient because you can access it directly from the hotel; you walk downstairs from your room and into the restaurant. The staff is young and helpful, and the service is fast. One tonnarello cacio e pepe, one gnocco with four cheeses, one marinated salmon with artichokes and oranges. For the main course, a chicken cutlet with fries, a grilled vegetable platter, and a tuna steak with black sesame seeds. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of white wine from Castelli Romani. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Ate at this restaurant after having a few drinks in the hotel attached. The wait was quite long (almost 2 hours) however we did not prebook so that was expected.
The food was very delicious, I had a lemon pasta, black truffle with sea bass and it was my best dish from my entire trip to Italy. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Right next to our hotel is a Roman restaurant gem – a highlight from the appetizer to the main course to the dessert. The staff is super friendly – but reservations are a must – which we did – thank goodness! 🫶

We didn't have a reservation, so they showed us around the hotel for drinks while we waited for a table to become available.
The food and service were excellent, and they even treated us to complimentary drinks before dinner. Highly recommended.
