20/04/2025: Splendid place in a neighborhood of Rome that I didn't know. The restaurant is well furnished with a unique style, the dishes delicious. And above all, what matters most to me, they were super welcoming to me and my children. The wine that the waiter recommended to us was really good, he was able to tell us what was right for us. Very honest prices too, especially with regard to small children! ❤️

07/04/2025: I had dinner at Santeria Trattoria Consapevole, intrigued by the proposal and the atmosphere of the place, which proved to be very pleasant: well-kept, welcoming and with a beautiful identity. The raw fish was undoubtedly the most interesting dish of the evening, well presented and of good quality. Overall, however, the experience did not leave me with a real "wow" effect: the cuisine is valid but perhaps with some more margin to amaze or excite. A place that still deserves attention for those looking for a quiet environment and conscious cuisine, with good ideas. Good service and extensive wine list

01/04/2025: We waited almost an hour for the order, after asking the waiter for information he informed us that the order had not been taken to the kitchen and that he would take care of it immediately. After 5 minutes the same waiter takes my same order to the next table, too bad they were seated a long time after us. We got up, went to pay and no one cared to know why we were leaving, I'd say the service was terrible!

01/02/2025: Giovedì scorso 30 gennaio in tre abbiamo preso il caffè da Fulmini e Saette. Nonostante i tanti bar della zona ho sempre preferito questo locale, anche se non è vicino casa. Come al solito, buon caffè, gentilezza e ambiente accogliente. Oggi 1 febbraio sono tornata qui...che tristezza...saracinesca chiusa e avviso che, l'attività dal 31 ha chiuso. Ci mancherete!! VOGLIAMO AUGURARE IL MEGLIO AI DUE GIOVANOTTI CHE TANTE VOLTE CI HANNO ACCOLTE E COCCOLATE CON PICCOLE GRANDI ATTENZIONI. Se aprite altrove, ci farebbe piacere saperlo! Grazie di ❤️ e buona fortuna.

11/03/2025: Cena con un collega. Ennesimo ordine a domicilio. Come sempre prendo un paio di supplì e una pizza. I fritti nulla di che. Gli ingredienti della pizza (prendo una ''marinara'', che costa 6,80 euro !!!) sembrano di buona qualità ma nella pizza c'era troppa salsa, troppo olio e l'impasto risultava un po' cedevole. La cosa più grave è che l'ordine non è arrivato in orario e l'applicazione non è stata aggiornata alla spedizione dello stesso. Pessima comunicazione. Non consigliato !

Mangiato dei piatti strepitosi a cominciare dal bruschettone ai frutti di mare, insalata di mare, i tonnarelli con i carciofi e pesce freschissimo. La cheesecake al pistacchio deliziosa. 02/03/2025: Came quite a few times for aperitif. More and more disappointing, there is just no care and attention for the customer. They list several things and then offer aperitifs that can be made very well at home: 2 chips, 4 peanuts and a couple of warmed toasts

Locale accogliente, personale molto gentile e disponibile e ovviamente un'ottima cucina, a partire dagli antipasti fino al dolce, tutto assolutamente buonissimo! Lo consiglio a tutti, noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

18/04/2025: Sono stata con una mia amica la sera per cena, siamo arrivate e abbiamo scelto il tavolo poiché non c’era ancora nessuno, noi abbiamo scelto cose abbastanza semplici in realtà però si vede che è un locale dove la cucina è fatta molto bene, in particolare mi sono piaciuti i ravioli di gamberi che tra tutti i ristoranti sono stati i più buoni e si vedeva/sentiva che erano fatti a mano. Unica pecca è che c’era solo una ragazza a servire e non era molto presente, però molto buono!
