Wonderfully cute local place with amazing food! Best pasta we had in Rome!! We came back again because it was so good 😂 For dinner they open at 7pm / 19h. Delicious dessert options too!

We ordered Grilled wild mushroom and the Lumache. Both of them are super yammy! Strongly recommended for those who want to try local food.

First off, this is the best food we've had so far on this vacation. This is a tiny place, so I could see it filling up in the busy season. The staff is extremely friendly. You may need to point to items on the menu if you don't speak Italian, but that just adds to the authenticity. The house wine was good and the prices were affordable. If you are looking for great food, I would highly recommend this place over any of the "high end" places where we spent 2-3X € on the same trip.

Ho prenotato alla Suburra perché era l’unica che proponeva le lumache alla romana, ma devo dire che avevo molti dubbi: sia dalle recensioni che dal menù, estremamente ricco, temevo fosse un esercizio turistico “travestito” da osteria tipica Invece ho dovuto ricredermi!!! Davvero un’osteria come si deve, la cucina davvero squisita (lumache fatte davvero bene!) e il conto in linea Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!!

Osteria tradizionale, carciofi alla romana buonissimi, tonnarelli cacio e pepe e carbonara ottimi. Porchetta di antipasto buona ma per i miei gusti un po’ asciutta. Personale gentile Toilette da ammodernare un po’…

03/04/2024: Amazing food! Been here twice now and forgotten to take good pictures cause the food was just too good to wait! Salads are unbelievable and 100% the best in Rome, for flavour the food is the best we’ve had, everything is fresh and the prices are very fair compared to the quality of food you get elsewhere for the price! Will be returning! One of the nicer food spots in Rome! (Half the photos are of the food half eaten cause we forgot to get pics! Presentation is beautiful)

18/11/2023: What can I say, simply wonderful. Regulation pozzolana pitch with stands, changing rooms with showers. We are in the women's team managed by excellent coaches. The minimalist but essential clubhouse. Rugby is family and they make it so. A piece of advice come and visit us it's a sport suitable for girls and boys my daughter under 14 would never change it. Congratulations, keep it up 💪 thanks to Cristina Laura and the president and all the staff
