Hmmm, it can improve and return to how it once was. As for the service, I was about to give it one star because one of the waiters was a bit sloppy, not wearing a uniform, and it seemed like he didn't enjoy serving. I've also worked in the restaurant business and was always smiling, even in the worst of times. The decor needs improving. The food is okay, but a little more character in the dishes wouldn't hurt. I'm confident it can improve. I still recommend going for the mussels and other delicacies.

Very reasonable prices and big portions. The Amatriciana we had was the highlight of the dinner.

I've been to La Lampana da Ciro a couple of times and have always had excellent food. The dishes are very good, high-quality, and well-prepared. The service is friendly and attentive. A restaurant I'd happily return to.

What can I say? Unbeatable. I've been around Fiumicino a lot, but I always stick with them. Top quality and, above all, nothing Chinese. It's hard to find places like this these days.

A truly pleasant evening, with very fresh dishes, prompt service from extremely polite and professional staff, and a modern atmosphere. Prices are in line with those of a coastal seafood restaurant.

27/06/2026: In Rome, it's increasingly difficult to find one of those family-run places where dishes are cooked the old-fashioned way, just like grandma used to. So, entering this place—part pizza by the slice, part rotisserie, part diner—without too many frills, you have the pleasure of stepping back in time and enjoying authentic food. The focaccias filled with spicy sautéed broccoli or chicory are a must-try. The eggplant parmigiana and the baked pasta are also excellent. And the owners are truly lovely people.
12/04/2026: Chicken, potatoes, and tomato with rice. Everything was delicious, very "homestyle," just like you'd cook at home. Great prices (I would have preferred a drizzle less oil, but that's a matter of taste).
