Great little find! Friend tried to order for us all (she knows what we like) and was refused. Staff wanted to speak to us all individually to ask what we liked so that they could best recommend a wine. Tried an amazing Grillo; went back for a second glass and there was none left! Sat outside watching the world go by and drooling at the food in window of La Proscuitteria.

15/05/2026: Located in one of Bologna's most characteristic streets, typically frequented by young people, the Pratello piadineria stands out for its work. The location is small, welcoming, and unique, it's family-run, and the prices are decidedly reasonable—but listen up! The quality of the food is excellent, the piadinas are exceptional, and they offer both classic and vegan versions, even with unique twists. Kudos to this family!
