Superb wine bar, picked out wines that were very much to our taste. Very friendly and made us feel like we were locals. We will certainly be back for more fantastic wine.

Nice owner and nice place but the price (6.5 per glass) for the house wine is a little high. It is better to take the bottle, the price is not proportional.

Excellent wine tasting experience! It's worth a try! It is a genuine wine bar with a variety of fresh wines and knowledgeable staff!

The location is a bit hidden so you could easily miss the entrance. Nevertheless, it's just awesome here! You can expect nice service and delicious wine there. I would definitely go here again when I'm in Bologna again

Small wine bar with lots of friendly folks. Got many tips for places to eat and we were able to try various local wines by the glass.

29/03/2024: It is the best restaurant in Monghidoro. I highly recommend it. Gaetano the owner, a very competent and friendly person, provides excellent gastronomic advice. It's definitely worth trying.
03/02/2024: SPECTACULAR! The truffle fondue is atomic, the potato and truffle tortelloni are nuclear and the mustard and brandy tagliatelle is amazing. Your taste buds will wave!! Gaetano's courtesy and competence are priceless, Raffaella and Arcadia's mastery are beyond compare. Always a safety! 3\02\24 I've been going to Carlet for 14 years, never disappointed, safe.
