Excellent ramen, excellent quality toppings, the only flaw is the miso broth, which is a bit too salty. The marinated egg is amazing, and the other dishes on the menu (shumai and shrimp and potato rolls) are really good! I'll be back to try other ramen and broth combinations! 👍

Yummy ramen and japanese food. We got Takoyaki and Gyoza as starters and as ramen I got the Special. Everything was delicious and while personally I didn't mind, the takoyaki had some not completely minced pieces and the onions in the special were a bit raw. The broth of the ramen was a work of art and everything about the ramen was delicious. Would definitely come again!

I recommend this restaurant not only for the ramen, but also for other dishes (all delicious). Very clean place. Friendly and professional staff. Prices are reasonable.

We go to Nippon at least once a month, it's our absolute favorite ramen in Bologna. It has a great menu with only delicious dishes, including all the ramen you absolutely have to try!

Good ramen, but without the punch of flavor I would have expected given the excellent service. The place is small, and reservations are highly recommended. Service was very good, even on time. The bill was no surprises.

It's our favorite ramen restaurant in Bologna... We've tried several, but this one remains the best for us... We've been coming back often for years! They've also expanded their menu... Yesterday I tried the tonkatsu curry don and it was spectacular, it reminded me a lot of the one I ate in Japan :) Keep it up!

04/05/2026: OMG THE BEST CHINESE WE’VE EVER HAD! Szechuan-Bolognese fusion. Super sweet waitstaff with great recommendations. Cool vibe. Overall incredible.
28/04/2026: I visited Amole multiple times during my stay in Bologna, and that really says it all. The food is just That good. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and I kept finding myself craving it again the next day. The staff is also incredibly warm and genuinely friendly, If you’re in Bologna, do yourself a favour and stop by.
