Nuova gestione eccezionale! Tartare meravigliose, passatelli asciutti perfetti, cozze alla brace e la ventresca di tonno rosso con salsa brusca un esperienza unica. Tornerò di sicuro per provare il pesce ‘frollato’ due settimane in cella che varia ogni volta in base alla disponibilità. A questo giro ero pieno.

My wife and I, who are fish lovers, wanted to try the NEW MANAGEMENT of this place. We couldn't ask for anything better. Very intimate and elegant location (for the summer there is also a beautiful internal garden), courteous and always present staff. Those who cook know what they are doing. Clear ideas and attention to the raw materials. A place that offers the best fish, which is subjected to maturation (dry aging technique) and cooked with particular attention to raw and grilled preparations. Absolutely worth trying.

Very nice and well-kept restaurant, both externally and internally. The idea of the fridges at the entrance is excellent, giving the idea of fresh and quality products.
The dishes were excellent, all based on fish, I really appreciated the grilling, but also the fact that they were left very natural.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Qualità medio-buona (ma non eccezionale), quantità scarsa e prezzi sopra la media (anche per i ristoranti di pesce), in particolare bevande eccessivamente sovraprezzate.
Per la qualità/quantità offerta sinceramente troppo caro anche per Bologna.
