I had a good time at this place the first time and I go back often. The bill is average (depends on what you get), the food is very good and the waiters are extremely helpful. The combination of these elements made my dining experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants good burgers, attentive service and a welcoming environment. (The desserts are discreet, obviously not made by them) I would also add that those times that I forgot to book they very politely always found me a place making me wait a maximum of 5 minutes.

Very nice place, interesting for kids, we celebrated our 14th birthday and it was very nice.

The entrecote is excellent potatoes. The meat with a little fat which makes it tasty and the potatoes much better than the classic ones, really good even with their sauce. I advise!

Fast and friendly service, family friendly place who welcomed us with two small children who were careful to let them eat first. Good food and lots of choice, menu ready to satisfy all tastes.

Given that I don't particularly like this type of environment, I must say that I instead found excellent quality food and excellent service.

Service a little slow. Unfortunately, the dish I ordered (a salad with beef) was cold, as well as raw.

First experience in the Casalecchio restaurant, I had a good time and, being an expert on this chain, let's say that I went with a certain certainty that it would go like this. What can I say, the quality of the meat is good, they cook it just right, garnished with potatoes and special sauce oww well it's always a pleasure. One thing I would like to vary is the presentation of the cutlery, I like to find them wrapped or wrapped, while left exposed mhh in short it's not the best.

Once upon a time the plates or sandwiches and chips were more plentiful. Lately they are scarcer.

Abbiamo prenotato il tavolo per le 20, seduti per le 20.20 Abbiamo spettato poco per prendere l’ordine ma l’arrivo dei piatti è stato lungo e non tutti sono arrivati insieme(10 minuti di distanza) Camerieri persi per il caos Un cameriere per tre volte ha sbagliato a portarci l’acqua e l’ultima volta, probabilmente arrivato al culmine dello stress, ha pensato di bestemmiare davanti a noi Posso capire che essendo un fast food non si può pretendere il servizio di un ristorante ma come la scorsa sera (essendo venute altre volte) mi è sembrato esagerato Inoltre allego foto, nel panino che dovrebbe essere uno dei panini più venduti il guanciale scelto era solo grasso, e i pomodorini secchi non erano pervenuti (lo abbiamo preso in due persone e tutte e due abbiamo riscontrato lo stesso problema) Sicuramente daremo un’altra possibilità ma il servizio è da migliorare
