19/04/2026: I was walking around here in Pratello, and the name intrigued me. I went in and saw these wonderful pizzas... Just looking at them, they were mind-blowing. Then, when he told me the flavors, I couldn't resist and went straight for dinner here. I ordered: ricotta and salami and parmesan; salmon, ricotta and zucchini; pumpkin, cabbage and capocollo; potatoes, spinach and pancetta. Then, because I wanted to try other flavors, I also stopped by the herb market and ordered: sausage and broccoli rabe; Margherita with yellow tomato sauce, which was delicious; speck and burrata and radicchio; ricotta with pancetta and caramelized onions; ham, squacquerone and zucchini. Among all these, I couldn't find a favorite because they were all really, REALLY good, with super soft dough and high-quality toppings. I was truly surprised and happy to have discovered this place because I'll try to stop by more often. Unfortunately, the prices aren't that low; each slice is quite expensive, but in the end, With 4-5 pieces you'll be satisfied, and for what they offer, I'd say it's fair. I also have to thank the girl at the counter for her kindness and friendliness. The guy at the market was also helpful and very professional, so I'd say the staff was well chosen.
