31/05/2025: Good pizza, a bit rubbery, excellent toppings! First time, chosen by chance. I waited 10 minutes beyond the reservation time but it can happen, they were really full of orders. The lady at the cash register very kind and attentive. I will try again soon

26/05/2025: Indian restaurant that offers really tasty dishes at a great price. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. The only small flaw is the environment: the structure of the restaurant has remained that of the Chinese that was there previously, to which some decorative elements have been added that bring to mind Indian culture. This creates a contrast that is too strident, however. This does not undermine the quality of the experience. I have been there several times and have always been satisfied.

29/05/2025: The owner and chef of this place(from last December as we gathered) Dmitri told us his main goal is to create the perfect dining experience for his local, regular guests. And that he also loves what he does. For us — accidental visitors passing through from Bologna to Rimini, it meant a rare chance to taste truly authentic delicious food, with a master’s touch in every dish and deep respect for regional ingredients and traditions. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a fine dining experience at a fair, local price, with zero touristy vibes. From the moment the appetisers arrived, followed by perfect tuna, tender octopus, and sparkling Rosé and Champagne (it’s a wine-focused spot, first and foremost), to the final bite of classic local dessert— everything was flawless. We even started seriously considering making the one-hour drive from Cervia once more just for lunch or dinner. I’m not sure the chef will love us for writing this (apologies if it brings a wave of tourists but I hope people will see at as too raving to be a true review), but we simply can’t keep quiet about such a gem.

28/05/2025: Dmitry’s cooking is exceptional — thoughtful, beautifully balanced, and full of flavor. The wine selection pairs perfectly and shows great taste. Every dish feels special and well-crafted. A memorable dining experience.

05/06/2025: Excellent Sicilian cuisine restaurant in Bologna. Very good octopus with potatoes, not the usual octopus. Then the stuffed squid which is like a trip to Sicily. A spectacle for the palate. Good rosé sparkling wine by the glass. Excellent lemon sorbet with mint. Delicious zibibbo passito which is difficult to find (flavors that I have not tasted for 15 years). A place with a perfect and relaxing atmosphere with jazz music. The owner, Attilio, with extraordinary courtesy.

04/06/2025: The star less on the food is a whim...you have already done a miracle to take us in 17 by booking an hour in advance...you couldn't also prepare the stuffed squid for everyone...your workhorse .. For the rest there is nothing to say...fast service, friendliness that is a trademark and dishes that explain why you are so much appreciated in Bologna for several years now...you have satisfied our requests and "upended" your room to welcome us and without warning ..you are good and know how to do your job .. The price is right especially for the quality of the ingredients and the experience in treating them...

14/06/2025: Ummmm. Not sure about the previous, recent reviews. Staff, ambiance, wine: all good. Food: all dishes were tasty enough but didn’t look very appealing, were produced quickly and were presented as if from a conveyor belt. Where’s the love?!

09/06/2025: My wife & I had lunch here on a Sunday without a reservation. People said it was impossible to get in without a reservation, but we managed it thanks to the friendly, accommodating nature of the staff. We had a short wait of about 10-15 minutes. We both ordered Tortelloni packed with spinach & ricotta cheese in a Parmesan sauce. It was beyond delicious as we tried to savour every blissful mouthful. To accompany the meal we had a Sangiovese wine which was excellent. For dessert we shared a Tiramasu. It was rather rich for our tastes, but still very enjoyable. Hopefully we will return to Bologna one day & we will head straight for this restaurant.

29/06/2025: I went there for lunch on Sunday 8th June, the first impression, welcomed very kindly by the owner, was excellent! The place is delicious, very welcoming and the walls, peach-colored, are warm and it is like entering your own home. The dishes, all excellent and abundant, prepared with love and served with attention and care. Little but sure, I will return soon, introducing this place to other friends.

17/05/2025: Not being a real Bolognese, but having lived here for a while, I wanted to take a walk up to San Luca. Before leaving I stopped for breakfast under the Arco del Meloncello and, like Saint Paul on the road to Damascus, I was struck by these enormous pastries that gave me the energy to get to the top of the three hundred steps with great enthusiasm. Delicious and well filled! Eaten in the internal garden where they served and revered me with great kindness. A few days later Bologna won the Coppa Italia, it seems that they also go to have breakfast there.

26/04/2025: 60s bar with a vaguely Fellini-esque atmosphere. (Three films were shot there!) Large and delicious pasta. Impeccable service. Spacious place furnished without frills, it is difficult to remain standing. To serve hundreds of customers in just a few hours, brothers Lorenzo and Antonio have adopted an efficient "military" system to avoid long waits at the counter. The method is simple, first of all normally if there are a lot of people you don't consume at the counter, unless you just want to drink a coffee. First you order a drink and pay for any pasta at the cash register. Once you have ordered, you usually give Antonio your name and move to the left of the cash register and precisely in front of the display case to choose which pasta to eat. For the largest display case of the pastry shop it is likely that Lorenzo will be there to serve you. Once the pasta has been served on a small saucer, you go to one of the two large rooms or to the outdoor courtyard. After a few minutes the waiter will arrive looking for your name among the diners. Once consumed, it is good practice to place the tray at the entrance to the first room, on a table designated for this use. A fleeting greeting and off we go on foot towards the Basilica of San Luca!

15/06/2025: Non abitando più in zona non venivo in questa gelateria da qualche anno; ieri passavo di lì e ho colto l'occasione per prendere un gelato. Non so se sono stata sfortunata con la scelta dei gusti o se la qualità sia peggiorata, ad ogni modo Crema catalana non sapeva di nulla, sembrava un qualunque gusto dolce come potrebbe essere ad esempio Mascarpone; Raffaello, a parte alcuni piccoli e sporadici pezzi di cocco, sembrava un classico gusto Nocciola. Grandi aspettative e grande delusione.

28/05/2025: They served us half-cooked pasta, quite tough and inedible. After leaving us with half-eaten dishes, the owner questioned us, and we told him it was tough. He told us it was "Al Dente" to convince us because he saw us as tourists, when I've been living in Bologna for four months and have tried their pasta more than enough. The truth is, it was very tough, I don't know if it was because they were eager to close or because they didn't get it right. I won't be back.

15/06/2025: It's a really cute place with a few small tables inside and a few stools outside. We went in the middle of the day and didn't wait in line. There are also vegetarian options. We thought it was delicious. A must try.
