Clean hotel..abundant breakfast..

Excellent 4-star hotel. Breakfast offers a wide selection of both sweet and savory options. The location is convenient for both the Unipol Arena and Bologna city center, provided you have a car. Parking is very large and free. The only problem is that if you arrive after midnight, you have to call ahead. We called around 10:30 PM, but the person on duty forgot to notify the person on duty at the time of our arrival, delaying our check-in. There was also a slight misunderstanding regarding the tourist tax.

I like the hotel because it is clean and very modern. However, it is a bit disappointing that it feels isolated without any amenities nearby. It would be nice if there were more diverse restaurants within the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, well-organized, and bright, creating a pleasant and professional atmosphere. The large common areas are excellent, perfect for events and meetings. The ample and easily accessible parking is also convenient. Completing the comforts is an outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing during the summer. A functional and relaxing solution just minutes from the city. The restaurant services are also excellent.

Excellent breakfast, very clean, and friendly staff. A great location for reaching the center of Bologna, and they even recommended parking so we wouldn't have to go through the restricted traffic zone. They have unattended parking.

Everything was fine, a pleasant stay. Well done Jacopo, a truly professional and polite guy. I suggest paying more attention to breakfast: glasses were often missing, the juices were empty, and the bacon was too burnt.

Very nice facility. Very friendly staff. I would suggest you increase your publicity about the beautiful surrounding park and the fitness/wellness area. Only note: the check-in and check-out process for information is a bit slow.
