Centrally located near the motorway, nicely quiet at night, breakfast was good, large parking lot, unfortunately the room was much too warm, air conditioning limited cooling capacity

The breakfast was mediocre, with only a few options. The problems with the rooms can be fixed, but such a breakfast cannot be offered to the passengers. We left hungry. Also, I am the tour leader, Europeans always do this, and you're putting me in the corner room at the very end of the corridor. I go down to the lobby, I deal with the passengers, why are you treating me badly just because I came for work? This is unacceptable.

Excellent 4-star hotel. Breakfast offers a wide selection of both sweet and savory options. The location is convenient for both the Unipol Arena and Bologna city center, provided you have a car. Parking is very large and free. The only problem is that if you arrive after midnight, you have to call ahead. We called around 10:30 PM, but the person on duty forgot to notify the person on duty at the time of our arrival, delaying our check-in. There was also a slight misunderstanding regarding the tourist tax.

I like the hotel because it is clean and very modern. However, it is a bit disappointing that it feels isolated without any amenities nearby. It would be nice if there were more diverse restaurants within the hotel.
