28/09/2025: It was my first time eating at Carlet, and the experience was positive. I had an appetizer (mixed crostini), a first course (tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and speck), and a dessert (wild berry tart). The appetizer was delicious: there are four (quite large) crostini, each served with porcini mushrooms, goose liver pâté, mixed vegetables, and Colonnata lard. The first course was equally good, though it's a shame they served it almost cold. The dessert was exceptional: the tart is served warm, with a delicious berry jam and a generous dusting of powdered sugar. I'll definitely be back.

01/10/2025: A good restaurant near Bologna, just steps from the parish church from which it takes its name. Ample parking, and open for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant has both ground and first floors. The dishes are Emilian cuisine with a few outside-the-region excursions. Everything is good, as you'd expect from an Emilian restaurant. The service is efficient: upstairs, the waiters use the elevator (the kitchen is on the ground floor) and a trolley to serve and clear the dishes. The bill is in the "fair/high" range. Local and business clientele.

24/07/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for at least six years: the food is delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the menu is varied and inclusive, including vegan options. For me, it's the best Chinese experience in Bologna. If you want to eat there, I recommend going during the week (you can find seats even without a reservation) and not on weekends when it's busiest—if you do, I recommend making a reservation. This bar isn't just a place, it's a place that shines thanks to its bartender, Alice: welcoming, kind, and with an energy that immediately captivates.
