16/11/2025: Even high quality must have the right price. High-quality food, all very good, but at a decidedly too high price (for the location and simplicity of the dishes).

13/11/2025: It's possible this restaurant was once good (Michelin 2009, 2010, and 2011). But unfortunately, I can't recommend it today. While the service was attentive, we received some of the wrong dishes, the meat was served lukewarm, and the wine was okay. At this price point, these are unacceptable mistakes, especially when the restaurant is about an hour outside of Bologna (by car).

02/11/2025: €42: gnocco fritto (fried gnocchi) with excellent and generous cheeses and cured meats for three, three excellent and generous portions of tagliatelle with meat sauce, 1 liter of wine, 2 bottles of water, a soft drink, 2 espressos (you can add a few drops from the bottle), quick but not overwhelming service, and the owners are incredibly friendly! Absolutely the best value I've ever had.

24/11/2025: Very fast service and delicious coffee! The Cornetto is also great. The prices are very reasonable, and most importantly, they offer lactose-free or soy milk, which is rare in Italian coffee bars.

18/11/2025: Beautiful place in the center of Bologna, highly recommended. The food is exquisite and of excellent quality. The staff welcomes you with a smile, which brightened my day. I hope to return to Bologna soon; I won't miss Il Cantuccio.

08/11/2025: A typical osteria in the hills outside Bologna. One of the last to bear this name! Regional cuisine, not a huge selection, but authentic flavors prepared with top-quality ingredients. Generous portions, fast service, and friendly, helpful staff. Five of us ate, each with a first and second course with truffles, side dish, dessert, coffee, and 1 liter of wine to share for less than €50 each! The atmosphere is rustic, but more than suitable for a good meal with friends.

17/10/2025: My experience in this place was magnificent especially for the waiters, especially that curly-haired waitress with orange hair who made me have a wonderful experience thanks to her passion for cooking and food and I had noticed this right away thanks to the wonderful experience apart from those at the next table who smelled of Indian.

04/10/2025: Tortellini may not be the easiest to eat, but they're definitely delicious! The Crescentina with mortadella...I could have eaten at least two more!! The idea and the flavor are a winner!

23/11/2025: We returned to this restaurant after having been there once and having had a really good meal. Unfortunately, this time it was a terrible experience. There were nine of us, and it took 40 minutes to take our orders. After an hour of being there, the appetizers arrived (we had ordered two different appetizers). The first course arrived, and then the pizzas arrived immediately. Shortly after, the second course of appetizers arrived. There were seven pizzas, and they were all raw. For those who had ordered a second course, the meat arrived 30 minutes after the pizzas, and everything was cold. We reported this to the owner, who was very understanding and professional. Unfortunately, the situation was negative, but I hope to return and enjoy the experience as much as the first time.

02/11/2025: Dinner with friends with a fixed menu for €45 per person. For that price, we started with tigelle and one slice of cold cuts each (mortadella, prosciutto... salami, one slice?), and tasteless fried polenta. Two first courses, one decent, but the tagliatelle were inedible. Dessert was decent, along with coffee and a bottle of wine for every four people. Our friends ordered two more bottles of wine, bringing the total to €50 each. Prices were out of line for the quality of what I ate. We sat down at 9:00 PM and were out by 10:40 PM. Service was more than quick...

03/12/2025: Trattoria "Da Bertino" is a historic establishment that's definitely worth a visit. With its simple decor and warm welcome, the dishes offered are all traditional. A special mention goes to the tortellini and the selection of boiled meats and roasts.
