06/11/2024: Place with many quality beers, average drinks (good), but at honest and plentiful prices! Perfect for having intimate chats away from the casino of the center, while still being in the center in a very quiet area. Advised

19/09/2024: My finance and I loved popping in here for a beer at the end of the night (several times!) while visiting Bologna recently. They have a varied & artisan selection on tap, something for everyone, and the guys working there were super nice.

17/11/2024: Peccato ma stavolta proprio male. Ieri sera qualcosa in cucina non ha funzionato passatelli e tortellini arrivati quasi freddi, attesa lunga, canocchie al vapore … veramente evaporate proprio vuote … meglio non servirle. Era una serata importante con amici a cui avevo decantato la buona cucina riscontrata in passato. Purtroppo molto peggiorato. Servizio sempre gentili.

11/11/2024: Abbiamo fatto una festa di Compleanno con 18 persone al Ristorante Setaccio , ci hanno preparato una tavola stupenda, nella saletta riservata solo per noi!! Location bellissima .. Noi abbiamo optato per un menù tipico tradizionale ..tutto veramente ottimo anzi spettacolare !!! Il tutto contornato da un estrema gentilezza e professionalità da parte del titolare e dallo chef , ed anche il personale di sala molto disponibile e gentile . Grazie per aver reso speciale questa bellissima festa ! Ovviamente super consigliato ! Bravissimi continuate così !

18/02/2025: Lunch with friends on Saturday. Very nice and welcoming place as well as the wait staff. They let us sit in a room that was a little cold but private and charming. Excellent white wine. Tasty tapas appetizer with tuna tartare and very good stracciatella. Tagliolini with squid ink with fresh tuna was good but the tuna was excessively delicate for my taste and for me who rolls the pastry by hand even with the squid ink, the consistency of the pasta, although cooked al dente as I like it, was not very "harmonious", it stood a little too much on its own, it didn't communicate with the seasoning while in my humble opinion fresh pasta when bitten should make you explode with emotion even when tasted, even more so if seasoned with fish. For 3 with two starters, two fish first courses, a meat second course. a side dish, 1 dessert, a good bottle of wine, 3 coffees and water 129 euros. Would I go back? Maybe not...

23/02/2025: Very good fried crescentine and tigelle, the first courses are excellent, quiet place and helpful and kind staff, a nice Emilian meal is a must when you pass through Monteveglio and then head towards Montebudello

21/02/2025: Typical restaurant of the Bolognese hills. From first courses to grilled meat, including crescentine and tigelle with excellent cold cuts. All washed down with excellent Pignoletto from the Bolognese hills.

28/11/2024: Garani Ice, the ice cream and pastry shop that goes beyond! Here, in addition to eating an ice cream for a moment, you can find super biscuits and cakes, both mignon for a cuddle and THE cake for the special day. Furthermore you can enjoy aperitifs with bruschetta, crescentine pizzas with cured meats, lunches and dinners with excellent quality products also for vegetarians 😉. Super recommended for any occasion, Roberto and his staff will be able to advise you for the best.

17/02/2025: Our experience was a bit mixed. We booked on The Fork an hour in advance, but when we arrived (20 minutes early) the owner didn't notice the reservation and asked us to come back at the scheduled time. Once we returned, we still had to wait another 15 minutes before being seated. The service was rather slow and approximate: after finishing the first course, my companion's second course was completely forgotten. We had to ask twice before it arrived, with a wait of about 40 minutes. To apologize, they offered us two spoonfuls of tortellini in parmesan cream, a welcome gesture but not enough to compensate for the waiting time. The food was average, nothing exceptional. The bill was handled correctly, with the €50 The Fork discount applied without problems. Overall, friendly staff but service could be improved on several fronts.

15/02/2025: Incuriositi dalle recensioni abbiamo deciso di provare questo locale nel pieno centro di Bologna e ne siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Locale carino, seppur piccino, personale gentile e cibo buono. Prezzi nella media della città.

02/02/2025: I would give 0 stars if possible. The food is ok, the staff some you can tell don't want to be there others are very good. But the craziest thing about this place is the logistics. First you have to queue to decide what you want, then you have to queue to pay, finally queue to get what you paid for. What happens if in the meantime what you bought has run out? You accept a replacement or stand in another line to pay the difference. What if what you bought isn't what you wanted since the item names are often exposed? You guessed it, another row. It seems that the internal organization was done by a competitor

08/01/2025: Nice little restaurant where I had dinner on a Saturday evening. I liked all the dishes I ordered. The place is not very large internally, but the tables are still spaced reasonably well; this allows you to eat in peace. Value for money I would say is adequate for the quality of the ingredients. If I were in the area I would definitely go back.

06/01/2025: I ordered takeaway on 12/23, leaving aside the delay in preparing the food, which may also be justifiable given the presence of people in the restaurant, once I got home I realized that a dish was missing, a wrong one and some things were cold. I called to report it and the employees replied that the only thing I could do was go back alone to get the missing dish, which was impossible for me at that moment given the people at dinner, including a little girl. They told me they would contact the person in charge. I return to the restaurant after dinner and am told that the owner will make a bank transfer (we are talking about €6, not who knows what) and that it was not possible to return it in cash. Even though I consider it all excessive, I leave my Iban and obviously, to date, I have not received anything. The problem is not the €6, but the correctness and respect for the customer. Maybe something needs to be improved.

29/12/2024: Few times have I eaten such low quality food. Really tasty, I even found a hair in the ravioli. Absolutely avoid.

24/02/2025: Very good restaurant, average service, friendly staff. Cotoletta alla bolognese worth 10! The bill was also really good, about 55 euros taking 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert, wine, coffee and water.

15/02/2025: Nice environment in which to enjoy traditional Bolognese dishes! Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food and generous portions! The place also has its own personality as it is a former brothel, part of its history has been preserved! I would go back
