It's a shame the owner is so unpleasant: I asked her why they don't make a certain flavor anymore, and she just said they'll make it next year; yes, of course! Next year they'll say it's not the season and that they'll make it again next year: in short, one lie after another.
They're absolutely unpleasant.
I won't be going back.

06/12/2025: Dinner with colleagues on a pre-arranged menu. The food was very good, especially the first courses! As for wine, I'd recommend a bottle; the carafe isn't the best. I'd definitely go back.

They truly specialize in grilled meats. We had a fabulous mixed charcoal grill, which was more than enough for two. It's a shame because they have a truly delicious variety of desserts, which I've enjoyed before, as well as traditional Bolognese first courses. I return often. I highly recommend booking for weekday lunch, too.

30/08/2025: Here you'll find the best spontaneously fermented and sour craft beers in Italy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They're also happy to guide you through the cellar.

15/11/2025: I go there often now because I like both the food and the service. They are very kind and if you are looking for something in particular they make it for you immediately and bring it to you since the food is on a conveyor belt...
09/11/2025: I can't say anything bad about the food; it's very good, and the service isn't either, except for a few things. Reservations are optional, and even if you make one, you'll still have to wait.
When the restaurant starts to fill up with people waiting for a table, they start to rush you to vacate it, even insistently. And if you're also unlucky enough to have a table near the entrance, it's also cold, and you have to eat with people staring at you while you wait for a table.

23/11/2025: It used to be a true gem of Bologna's nightlife: in a gorgeous neighborhood, run by passionate young people with a desire to create cocktails worthy of the name. Today, unfortunately, Ruggine has been transformed by the "new Bologna," effectively becoming pure sham.
The staff is rude, busy with stage moves to make you believe they're making the cocktail of a lifetime, only to then serve it in a plastic cup at an exorbitant price. Inside, every movement outside the norm seems almost "monitored": I've never felt so uncomfortable, not even in a barracks.
The passion that once distinguished this place has transformed into a passion for profit. Too bad. As far as I'm concerned, never again.

Quiet atmosphere, just steps from the Imola circuit.
28/10/2025: Excellent value for money. The pizza is typically thin-crust, and I really like it. Good availability. Friendly, fast service. Reservations are not accepted for groups of less than 4 people, so you'll always find a place to eat if you wait a reasonable amount of time.

03/09/2025: I turned to Athena and Barbara for the first time this year for our cat, Milù, whom I found by chance through a Google search. I wasn't expecting or prepared for such a service: Barbara communicated with us with great precision and professionalism what was happening at home in our absence, respecting Milù's needs. At 16, she has her own personality and habits. I was very satisfied; it will certainly be the start of a wonderful relationship. Highly recommended.
30/08/2025: We entrusted our little cat Simba to Barbara for 10 days, and during our vacation she was amazing. She's knowledgeable and thorough in everything! She always has helpful advice to follow. It's nice to know there are real professionals out there. We immediately took to her for her kindness, and it's nice when they make you feel at ease with your pet! Highly recommended! I'll be back! ☺️

24/11/2025: I have to say the sushi was good and of good quality, despite the all-you-can-eat option. Out of curiosity, I also ordered the eel (unagi), one of the most prized pieces, and that was also really good.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience; the service was impeccable, and the dishes arrived promptly from the kitchen.
The only flaw was the Chinese portion of the menu, which didn't convince me.
For everything else, I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

22/11/2025: Always prompt with service, and without the unbearable time differences between the kitchen and the pizzeria that unfortunately characterize so many pizzerias and restaurants. The food is always perfect, and the waiters are professional. The soundproofing is noteworthy, making conversation pleasant even when the place is full.
Once I showed up without a reservation, they were full, and it was very early (7:30 PM). The receptionist told us, "I'll serve you quickly, but I need the table by 8:30 PM." She kept her word: by 8:15 PM we had finished eating. Truly great professionals. Well done.

15/11/2025: Highly recommended for its woodland cuisine, with a variety of dishes from appetizers to desserts.
Specifically, the succulent tagliatelle with various ragùs, not to mention the rich and delicious main courses and fried porcini mushrooms.
Buby and Vale are professional and courteous.
We will definitely be back.
01/11/2025: Even though we hadn't been to the area yet, which was a shame! Really good, simple, friendly, and the owner, Bubi, was a character! Tonight was Halloween and the whole staff was themed!! The menu was also impressive. The Flaubert chestnut pan was fascinating to see. We opted for the à la carte menu anyway. Bruschino crostini to share for two, black potato tortellini with ragù, tagliatelle with white truffle, potato and truffle tart, fried porcini mushrooms, grilled meat served in a brazier. Everything was really good!! Generous portions, attentive and fast service. They also do pizza.
