09/03/2025: On the road to the old Youth Hostel, the trattoria resists like a bulwark against the shopping malls and fast food chains that are slowly surrounding it. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, it feels like going back forty years: everything is very well-kept while still maintaining the charm of the past. The menu is a mix of Bolognese and Tuscan cuisine that winks a little at foreign businessmen. Let me explain better, the tortellini in broth that I had were really good, you could taste the nutmeg in the filling that was coarsely ground, the pastry was excellent and the portion very generous; I would say a tortellino as it should be made. Congratulations. Then, however, also putting the cream option on the menu and even tortellini with meat sauce (but wasn't that a crime?)... This is definitely the only discordant note For the rest, in company we had a great time, the service was very courteous and fast under the iron fist of the hostess. Definitely a restaurant to recommend where I will gladly return

01/08/2024: Macelleria in quel di Granarolo dell, Emilia provata su consiglio di un amico 20 anni fa NOn l’ho mai più lasciata . Mai e dico mai sbagliato una fiorentina , senza parlare di tutto il resto compreso carni bianche e maiale conpreso . Huna piccola cantinetta di vini tutti di medio altro livello , mi son trasferito da Bologna a Granarolo così é più comodo 😀😀

The man who owns great Maestro Giacomo Schavon is a Poet in this business and a great artist in creating a unique taste. The man has studied all the possible variations in foods to such an extent that he knows the chemical composition of foods as well as the molecular values ​​of the same, so he matches flavors and foods to the molecular level... We visited this place as well as their other Patisserie run by his wife and daughter, as well as the chocolatier beside. It's really worth walking to them and trying all the flavors because if you've been to Bologna, you have to experience this.

I suggest thinking about some proposals, in order to maintain a service up to the quality that has always distinguished it.
