typical tavern where you can eat really special meat, much better than in the center of Bologna in the most famous restaurants - first courses really homemade with fresh pastry - very kind staff who make you feel at home - very satisfied - I DIDN'T TAKE PHOTOS BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD THAT I DIDN'T THINK ABOUT IT

Siamo tornati a distanza di un anno circa, il filetto è sempre squisito, gradevole al palato, il mio primo tortelloni di patate con tartufo la fine del mondo, Caty ha preso tortellini con la panna ottimi, la zuppa inglese è la migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Assolutamente da consigliare, da prenotare largamente in anticipo.

Sono tornato in questo ristorante dopo quasi 10 anni e ho notato il locale rinnovato; la qualità è sempre alta e forse sono diminuite un po' le porzioni che prima erano molto abbondanti. Migliorata la carta dei vini e sempre ottima la cordialità del personale. Sempre buonissimi i tortelli di patate

Returned after almost 10 years and the menu is almost the same with potato tortelli taking center stage, less generous portions than before and a renewed wine list. Informal environment and always very friendly staff

06/07/2025: Good place, informal and with a good initial feeling, excellent cleanliness and good level of welcome service. Good cuisine, but not very typical, more oriented to peace, fresh and well cooked. Excellent first courses, calamarata above all. Shame about the portions, very small, but the quality makes up for it. They also do pizza, good looking, but we haven't tried it. Ask the service to suggest the chardonnay, excellent combination with fish. Desserts .. little choice and too expensive (€7) not worth it. Overall I would go back.
27/06/2025: Our first night in Bologna brought us to a restaurant local to where we were staying in Via Mascarella in the University district. The food , service and atmosphere were so good that we came 4 times during our trip. The service from Davidi and his dad was so good, the food so tasty and well presented and cost so reasonable we would definitely recommend a visit.

10/07/2025: 1/3 Pizza was exceptional. The Marghe 2.0 with Fresh tomatoes from Agro Sarnese, creamy stracciatella from Puglia, confit tomatoes roasted by us, basil oil. This made our meal worthwhile. Other 2 were more bland.
10/07/2025: Simply just amazing! These were the only pizzas we ate in Bologna and the choice was right. Perfect lightweight dough and delicious toppings
