Lovely staff ,Lovely food and so nice to meet Mr Rossi himself. Lovely traditional surroundings. Nothing would be to much to ask here. The octopus carpaccio was to die for . Happy to recommend .

We took a trip to Bologna and ate at Franco Rossi. Everything was very good and tasty. Excellent table service. Great waiters, very attentive, helpful, and polite. My only complaint...clean the mirror so you can see the photo better 😂 next time. Greetings to the very kind owner 👋

The restaurant is cute. Good atmosphere. The food was also good. Unfortunately, the service was deplorable. Took way too long to be seated and served. Never brought olive oil with bread, even when asked. If restaurant was busy, they should have simply said so, when we were about to leave.

The aroma drew us in and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious from the complimtary quiche and bread to the house wine to the homemade pasta. Magnificent!

21/07/2026: Found by chance due to a business trip, it was a super pleasant surprise, so much so that we stopped for both lunch and dinner... super varied menu that pleases everyone with excellent quality products... pay attention to the portions which are super generous... the owners and the staff also know how to make diners feel at home... highly recommended
17/07/2026: Our first dinner in Milan couldn't have been better. From the very beginning, the chef took the thoughtful step of personally explaining the menu to us, as we don't speak Italian. Thanks to his patience and recommendations, we were able to choose the perfect dishes, and everything was delicious. He also surprised us with a complimentary salad that was absolutely delicious, a gesture we greatly appreciated. The octopus was spectacular: perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The food was excellent, but what truly made the experience special was the chef's warmth and hospitality. Without a doubt, it's a place we would return to and highly recommend.
