Unfortunately in the evening, when it was time to bring it to the table at the restaurant, the waiters called me to point out that the top was full of cracks. In short: not only had the cake sagged to the point that I couldn't even put a candle on it but, while eating it, we then realized that there was no trace of meringue, neither at the base nor in the middle nor on top. They were just cream and cream. The next day I went back to the pastry shop to report it, but they simply said that next time they will do better, since it was clear that the cake needed to stay more time in the cold just after it was made to consolidate. I wasn't told this when I picked it up: I had waited almost an hour for them to finish it, I would have waited even longer, or I would have stopped by later, just to have the finished product and in good condition. Nothing was answered about the absence of meringue, except that it was very strange. I confess to being very disappointed because, although it was evidently their mistake and, God forbid, only those who don't make mistakes, I believe that they could have at least provided for even a partial refund of the amount I spent, which was definitely not in keeping with the product I presented to my guests

Very nice decoration made by them. EVEN THE CHATTER/SFRAPPOLE IS VERY GOOD. The gentleman who took the order was very helpful and friendly. Bolognese pastries are quite expensive everywhere, here it's worth it, excellent pastries.

They tell us that we can choose something else from the buffet, so we head towards the latter and look at what is there, after a very short time we are told to hurry up because they had to remove things and very shortly after they are taken away from in front of us while we were choosing what to take, and of course we left. We came with the idea of ​​eating one thing and in the end it was finished, I think it's normal to take a little time to choose something else on the spot! I strongly advise against it, terrible service.
