01/05/2025: We came to Marisa and Riccardo by chance eighteen years ago. Fall in love from the first moment. Never done a review before because we're not used to it, but how can we avoid it? Every year, at least a couple of times, we organize our holidays to carve out a few hours/days of immersive experience in this bucolic place where simplicity and authenticity reign. I don't know how else to describe the goodness of the pasta made by them, with their ingredients, with their fillings... a meltability of times gone by... I know it seems like the usual review. But the discriminating point is there and can be understood from the number of km that separate us and which we tackle every time at a good pace knowing the paradise that awaits us: Monterenzio (Bolognese hills) - Casarano (deep Salento)... 880 km... UNCOMPARABLE

Excellent pizza, excellent cooking (even the pasta in the crust was well cooked) quality ingredients, and I did not encounter any digestive difficulties (a dream). I am really happy to have found this pizzeria in Imola. Well done!

06/06/2025: Hotel pizzeria restaurant facing the main road, we ate a potato tortello with very good ragù and the classic crescentine with cold cuts/cheese and oil-based products, all good and plentiful, also recommended are the pizzas, they say very good

26/05/2025: Excellent restaurant of Chinese and Japanese cuisine, as a fan of this culinary orientation, I believe it is one of the best in the entire province of Bologna, and my experience in this regard is vast. Beyond my personal vision, it is undoubted and objective that the dishes are of sublime quality and the raw fish is comparable to what you eat in Tokyo sushi. The price is certainly not low but it is absolutely weighted to what is offered. The service is not bad, prompt if nothing else, but there is room for improvement in the welcome and in empathy and humanity towards the customer. Nonetheless, Dong is classified among the highest peaks of oriental cuisine restaurants in the Bologna area.

12/06/2025: Excellent focaccia and other pastries! We were in Bologna for 3 days and went there twice (we hadn’t found it on the first day). The woman running the shop was very polite and helpful.

18/04/2025: I had a tomato focaccia, taken as a takeaway. The best in Bologna! Congratulations, truly one of the best focaccias I have ever eaten, the products used make it truly an excellent product, of excellent quality, ideal for a snack. I recommend it to all lovers of baked goods. The prices are not excessive especially considering the high quality of the product.

05/06/2025: Without fear of making a mistake, the best place in town to enjoy a "real" cutting board of quality products: first choice cold cuts, carefully produced and selected, with some treats such as mortadella with special ingredients. The rich and varied cutting boards are completed by an equally wide variety of exquisite cheeses and vegetables, to be accompanied with always fresh bread or focaccia. Good choice for vegetarians too. Really abundant quantities and at a more than fair price! Excellent selection of wines and beers, many craft. The owner Davide is very friendly and easy-going, available to guide you in your choice! What can I say? Highly recommended: try it and believe it!
