01/08/2025: Lunga attesa, solo con un primo e con sala praticamente vuota. Mentre aspettavamo ci è stato chiesto se volessimo rompere l attesa con il tortellino fritto. Ci arrivano diversi tortellini fritti che abbiamo pagato poi alla cassa, per come erano stati proposti sembravano offerti dalla casa.

08/08/2025: Typical Bolognese trattoria, with extremely friendly, smiling, and kind staff. We ate divinely. Two first courses: handmade tagliatelle with ragù, spectacular, with the accompanying mopping up of the meat; passatelli with almond and cherry tomato pesto, delicious; and a second course for two: meatballs made with boiled meat, pan-fried, breaded, and fried with tomato cream. We've never had better. 1 liter of house Sangiovese wine, highly recommended for us drinkers!!! For the modest sum of €67! Well done, keep up the good work!!! Oh, I forgot to offer a complimentary grappa digestif. 😉

27/07/2025: July 2025 birthday party. Beautiful setting with 4D indoor and outdoor dining rooms, all of them, especially the indoor ones, furnished in a simple yet elegant way. Tables were fully set, giving a sense of order and prompt service. The food was generously portioned, with the first courses truly excellent and the second courses were good, grilled meats. The only thing that could be improved was that the arrosticini, cooked a little less, would have been excellent because you could taste the meat was good. The owner's willingness to accommodate different needs is commendable, from the dinner courses to the preparation of birthday decorations, to even accepting the birthday girl's personal cake and accompanying sparkling wine and Malvasia. The wait staff was very good. The dining room filled up quickly, and we had booked, and everything was fine.

23/07/2025: While on vacation in the area, I booked a two-night stay. The room was simply magnificent and very spacious, and we were able to try the cuisine. It was simply a very, very good place. Very good cuisine. The linguine with clams and the seafood spaghetti were very good. The best, in our opinion, will remain the San Pietro penne, so good. Thank you for the welcome from the owners.

10/08/2025: Restaurant with a small lake among the hills, quiet and cool place, (900 meters above sea level) the food is good, the Fiorentina is good, the price is a little above average for a product aged for less than 30 days.

08/08/2025: Luckily we discovered this wonderful corner of the Apennines! Enchanting and quiet place. The summer temperatures are fantastic! We will also try the winter ones.. The lake where the fir trees and the sky are reflected is truly a rest for the eyes. Sport fishing is practiced with the obligation to release the fish, for only 10 euros a day. The restaurant of the refuge is excellent. The owners are truly welcoming, the dishes delicious! Nearby there are many paths including the Via degli Dei, the Flaminia militare and the Bomart path.

But what really makes this place special is the kindness, courtesy, and smile of the lady who welcomed me: I immediately felt at home. A place where quality and hospitality go hand in hand. 14/08/2025: Best pizza in the area. Friendly. They show off... But they have the best pizzas. 9 out of 10 pizzas have "gourmet" ingredients. They don't make the Quattro Stagioni... no ordinary pizzas.

13/08/2025: Excellent pizza, crispier dough made with different flours and two rolling methods: thinner and wider, or normal. Good selection of beers, too. I hadn't heard of them, but I'll definitely be back.

04/09/2025: The food was very good; the dishes that stood out to us were a spinach dahl and the legume meatballs, both very tasty. The atmosphere was quiet, the service wasn't the fastest, but the flavor was worth the wait. We took advantage of the summer discounts; otherwise, it would have been decidedly too expensive. With the 50% off menu, however, the price is more than fair.

02/09/2025: Highly recommended place. The food is carefully prepared and very tasty. It has the perfect level of spiciness for those who don't like spicy food. I highly recommend the chicken platter for two. We'll be back!
