I Carracci Ristorante In Bologna

One of our favorite meals ever. The pastas were incredible, as was the leak dish. So special. The sesame bread sticks? Delicious. Every entre was its own memorable experience. The only thing I didn’t care for was the (take on the) panna cotta — the texture was a bit rubbery and it lacked flavor.

Divine lunch! A very respectful modernization of the bolognese kitchen - with thoughtful wine pairings, mostly with a regional touch. Luxurious athmosphere in the dining room, informal but correct service, where the waiters seem to genuinely take pride in their work. I went for the lunch tasting menu + the wine pairings and enjoyed every minute. Expect to pay over 200 Euros for the meal, and expect to feel that it was worth it.

Each course is a small work of art, where everything is balanced down to the smallest detail. The atmosphere is very pleasant and elegant, the service is at the highest level - attentive, delicate and professional. I Carracci A special pleasure is the wine, very tasty, refined and perfectly complements each dish 🍷 It felt like you were not just having dinner, but going on a gastronomic journey. It is truly incredible, delicious and impressive. Completely “cosmos” - a place that will be remembered for a long time ✨

Excellent staff, fantastic locale, very good food. The staff here is some of the best I have experienced across the world. Knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely funny as the situation required. We just arrived from Milano and two underwhelming experiences in terms of service (one at a Michelin restaurant), and this was an amazing change of pace. The service here is a standout in my 15+ years of fine dining. I hope the images online speak to the elegance and beauty of the restaurant and hotel, the atmosphere is truly great though I will accept that someone looking for modern minimalist scandi-style will not find it here. My only criticism, which is slight one, is that we asked for the chef's choice menu and some of the items could have been more adventurous. To be clear: All of the dishes were good, but a few seemed a little safe and the experimental ones (like using a cuttlefish shroud as a covering or a re-imagined not-caramel cake) were very good so our party would have enjoyed more experimentation. But I do not know this restaurant well and I appreciate that some restaurants cannot become "too experimental".

We tried the "Traditional" tasting menu: the dishes were carefully prepared and delicious. The friendly and helpful wait staff welcomed us impeccably.

One of the best fine dining experience I had in Italy. Definitely the best restaurant in Bologna. The dining room is stunning with the frescoed ceiling and the service amazing. The food is sublime and well presented. A very special place!
