A wonderful gastronomic experience, top-notch hospitality, and a splendid wine list! Congratulations!!!

This is one of those places I don't want to tell anyone about, so I can keep it all to myself, and yet I want to tell everyone about it because everything about it is perfect. The Osteria is decorated with meticulous attention to detail, from the linen tablecloths and napkins to the decorations and the tableware from the local Ceramica d'Imola. The warm and attentive service made us feel instantly welcome. After a perfectly chilled glass of sparkling wine, we opted for one of the tasting menus and were treated to a stunning plate: buckwheat crepes filled with artichokes, melt-in-your-mouth octopus with a variety of beans and a fantastic herbal aroma, and a salad of volcanic asparagus (puntarella). Each dish was superbly prepared and perfectly balanced. The menu is also available in meat, vegetarian, and vegan versions, in addition to the fish option. The dessert was so impressive that I didn't even take a picture of it beforehand. All in all, six out of five stars. ... The dessert was equally impressive—so much so that there’s no photo of the plate. All in all, six out of five stars.

Cozy restaurant in the city of Imola. We went during the weekdays, and the first floor was almost full. Ordered octopus for the antipasto and tartar for the main course. The staff is very friendly, and the service is very quick. They are always there whenever you need them. It's worth visiting!

Every dish is tasty and carefully prepared. The wine list has a good selection. We always love coming back!
