We had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, and despite high expectations, we were very satisfied. We chose the blind menu, and it was the perfect choice. There were seven courses, including dessert, all fish-based. The price was in line with the excellent quality of the food and the attentive, impeccable service. We'll be back!

Delicious raw ham. Spaghetti Cavalieri (much better than the much-vaunted Felictti) with garlic, oil, and chili pepper, served with seafood ice cream. It's an extraordinary concept with a fantastic result. Affordable prices for the quality.

Spectacular seafood dinner. The ingredients were of the highest quality at an extremely competitive price. We tried the "crudi" as an appetizer (spectacular) and then asked the owner for recommendations for a truly interesting flavor journey. If we ever pass through Ferrara again, this is definitely a must-try. Reserve in advance, as the dining room isn't very large and, rightfully, is always packed.

This very chic little restaurant was recommended to us, aesthetically unique and refined. We had a wonderful dinner: the raw fish appetizer was presented with the care and passion of a chef who knows what he's doing. The off-menu first course was FABULOUS, with truly thoughtful aromas and combinations. Then I said to myself, "Now a dessert would be perfect, but I'm having a hard time surprising myself after this crescendo of flavors and aromas..." Even though I was full, I decided to break the rules. The result? A SENSATIONAL dessert! For the service and hospitality, I'd say we're 6 stars! Well done, well done, well done! You deserve so many more satisfied customers like us! We'll definitely be back.

14/04/2026: Best restaurant experience of my whole trip to the area. From high quality uncomplicated yet tasteful and elegant dishes, to kind service from the host, and a calm and warm vibe - I loved it.
12/04/2026: A small but cozy trattoria, with a very friendly owner. We ordered ribollita, stewed sausage with beans, and sliced ​​meat with baked potatoes. Everything was delicious. We left feeling satisfied. Rarely in recent years have I been able to say I've eaten well at a restaurant. Highly recommended.

Trattoria Corte Solada

01/04/2026: Corte Solada continues to be an excellent choice: a refined atmosphere, a great location, and cuisine that never disappoints. We started with a cold cuts platter accompanied by friggione, brie, and pinzini—a classic and well-executed appetizer—followed by a simply wonderful tartare. For main courses, the slow-cooked pork tenderloin was cooked to perfection, and the fillet was nothing short of incredible: impeccably cooked, with bold flavors. The wine list deserves special mention: we chose a truly excellent Sangiovese, a perfect pairing with the dishes. My only personal comment—the fried porcini mushrooms weren't my cup of tea, but I have to be honest: they were well-executed; it's just a matter of taste. Attentive staff, meticulous preparation, and a quality wine selection. Highly recommended for those seeking a high-end dinner without sacrificing tradition.
