23/05/2025: Era da un pò di tempo che non andavo a cena in questo ristorante,devo dire che l'ambiente e i titolari sono sempre al top!! Cibo buonissimo e coccolati con piatti particolari e sfiziosi,cantina sempre ottima e dolci strabuoni!!!! Prezzi nella media per quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto. 27/04/2025: Se amate la cucina di pesce raffinata e volete concedervi ua serata spciale questo ristornate fa per voi! Il locale ed il servizio sono eleganti, ma senza inutili eccessi, il menù propone piatti squisiti. Per iniziare ci sono stati serviti un cestino di pani fatti in casa eccezionali nel gusto e nella varietà ed una entrèe di benventuo, una crema di sedano rapa con un leggero sentore di curry. Dato che non sapevo cosa segliere (era tutto troppo invitante) ho optato per la degustazione di antipasti, un crescendo di sapori: i miei preferiti il Bon bon con Scampi al Vapore e Tartufo e il Pan Brioche con Salsa Tonnata e Prosciutto di Ombrina Affumicata. Una vera esplosione di sapori! Mio marito, che è un cultore, ha optato per un squisito Bacalà Mantecato, accompagnato da una buonissima cialda di riso. Io ho proseguito con il Calamaro ripieno di Capasanta americana con cavolfiore, un piatto davvero ottimo e mio marito ha replicato con Baccalà servito con una crema di ceci. Il piatto gli è piaciuto così tanto che ha deciso di provare a replicarlo a casa! Avevamo deciso di fare i bravi e di prendere solo il caffè, ma, quando è arrivato, lo hanno accompagnato con un mini cremino allo zabaione davvero perfetto per sapore e consistenza. Una cena davvero squisita, in un ambiente raffinato e rilassante al contempo. Torneremo!

21/05/2025: I ate at the restaurant on the advice of an acquaintance and I must say that I was able to taste excellent Piacenza cuisine with cold cuts appetizers and first courses of excellent quality, excellent service in the panoramic room.

17/05/2025: Con un gruppo di amici provenienti da Verona abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante molto pulito ed estremamente curato. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto di salumi tipici della Val trebbia accompagnato da giardiniera. I primi veramente deliziosi, i tradizionali maccheroni alla bobbiese ed un risotto ai funghi porcini superlativo ! I secondi altrettanto buoni e di qualità. Tutto home made, ingredienti freschi e selezionati. La titolare molto gentile e disponibile come tutto lo staff! Il conto più che onesto... Da ritornarci sicuramente, consigliatissimo !

18/05/2025: My girlfriend gave me this experience for my birthday and it was the first Michelin-starred restaurant we ever ate at. We did the 7-course experience with matching glasses and it was definitely (!!!) above expectations! The food was incredibly high quality with top quality ingredients paired perfectly, accompanied by glasses that were always interesting choices that were anything but banal. The wait staff was super attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable, but at the same time not at all pretentious and available to smile and make a joke. A wonderful treat. Highly recommended! PS my girlfriend thinks the rabbit in white wine with hazelnuts is the best dish she has ever eaten in her life (she even mopped up the bread with the bread!!)

10/05/2025: My second time, this time I was also very satisfied, the service is attentive and all the staff in the dining room are friendly, quality raw materials and very well worked, combinations of the various ingredients well blended together, flavors that leave a mark and a good memory, perfect cooking, in the kitchen they know what they are doing. Spent €147 in line with the topology of the place, a Michelin star fully deserved. I will definitely go back.

23/05/2025: Wonderful place. You can eat there in the evening and the food is excellent, local products, lots of flavors. A very nice discovery for the red wine tasted during the meal. Very good breakfast. The hotel is superb, the room very clean and spacious. Thank you to Max for his welcome, his kindness and his advice for visiting the region. We recommend this place. 19/05/2025: Located a few minutes from the "terre di Canossa" motorway exit, surrounded by greenery with a well-kept lawn, hedges and flowering bushes. It has very spacious and in my opinion very beautiful rooms, the building is very well renovated maintaining its character and its history. As for the cuisine, it is a very good and well-kept typical cuisine, with professional but very friendly staff, ideal for feeling at ease. I have celebrated several weddings and I must say that it is a perfect location for ceremonies, it has a lot of space inside and especially outside where adults can relax and children and teenagers can play. It is a place that I strongly recommend both as accommodation and for a ceremony.

17/03/2025: Excellent experience, 5 of us tried everything and everything was excellent and refined. The pumpkin risotto was the only thing that was a little unsuccessful and basically a dish that you didn't finish, but the rest was excellent, cabbage, Thai soup, truffle cappelletti, cold "cacio e pepe" and space tacos! The desserts which I usually don't like are also excellent. Excellent foie gras but I recommend tasting it for several people and not as a personal dish. I just hope the menu changes with the passing of the seasons to try other proposals! Overall we had a great time and were very kind...despite the rush to clear the table which caused an unfinished dish to disappear (we shared them between us) and a bottle with still water inside...a venial shame. Really a round 9 for the culinary offering and the environment. High price considering over 50 without wine, but if you keep certain proposals and also rotate menus it's worth it (but not the risotto, I hope they eliminate it or improve it because it's really inedible, dry and bland and I love them)

02/06/2025: I went with my family and we really enjoyed it. It's a place to eat well. Not to eat a lot, but to eat well. We're already planning to go back there.

23/03/2025: Personale gentile ed accogliente, piatti sorprendenti per gusto ed equilibrio. Forse una delle paste ripiene più buone che ricordi. Lo consiglio, noi ci torneremo.

03/05/2025: Una deliziosa sosta nel centro di Piacenza. Accomodati all’aperto a gustare i piatti tipici piacentini. Bruschette con salsina tipica della casa, salumi locali, tortelli con ricotta e spinaci conditi con burro, salvia e parmigiano, filetto di carne di cavallo e per finire la deliziosa torta sbrisolona accompagnata da un ottimo caffè. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Consigliato per una tranquilla sosta in città.

27/04/2025: Auf Empfehlung einer guten Freundin sind wir quasi extra für diese Enoteca nach Piacenza gefahren. Und dieser Umweg hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Super uriger, gemütlicher kleiner Laden, sehr charmante Atmosphäre, grandiose Weinauswahl, unprätentiöses, extrem schmackhaftes Essen. Und Tiziana ist auch einfach klasse. Für manche Leute braucht ein Restaurant einen Stern (oder zwei), damit sie einen Umweg machen. Ich würde meine Reiseroute bei der nächsten Fahrt durch Italien extra wieder so legen, dass ich durch Piacenza komme, damit ich bei Tiziana vorbeischauen kann.

15/05/2025: I had the pleasure of dining two evenings, for two Slow Food events. What can I say...more than exceptional. Staff and chef..... superb. I promised myself I would return outside of Slow Food events, I will do it and I am "very sure" that I will not be disappointed.

17/05/2025: The food is very good, the place is clean and the staff is super friendly. We had a sweet gorgonzola ficchetto, speck and toasted almonds… Out of this world 😋😋😋 The sliced ​​beef was cooked perfectly. Cheesecake with berries, excellent! We will definitely return! I recommend it

26/05/2025: Sono tornato in occasione di un pranzo aziendale e devo dire che qualità, servizio e dettagli sono ampiamente rispettati; il rapporto qualità/prezzo è assolutamente favorevole, per ultimo ma non ultimk consiglio idolci di Antonio anche a chi non apprezza perché…. Non sa cosa si perde. Bravi tutti. A presto ritorneró in gran compagnia.

25/05/2025: Pesce assolutamente insapore, prezzi folli e porzioni minuscole. Ma non scherziamo dai. Anche nel servizio i piatti finiti rimangono al tavolo per 10 minuti.
