31/03/2025: Non eravamo mai stati in questo locale. Abbiamo fatto il menù degustazione completo e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti, sia per la quantità, che, soprattutto, per la qualità del cibo. Ottima ogni cosa, dagli antipasti ai secondi, dal vino ai digestivi, fino ai dolci. Una nota di merito va anche al servizio; nonostante il locale fosse completamente pieno si sono dimostrati organizzati, rapidi, disponibili e molto gentili, dal primo all'ultimo cameriere che ci ha servito. Posto da ritornare senza ombra di dubbio.

05/03/2025: Accoglienza calda ma non invadente, piatti con ingredienti locali esaltati da un mix di sapori mai banale o fuori luogo. Un’esperienza consigliatissima: Tataki di Ombrina e Verdure di stagione brasate! Piatti studiati e di alto livello proposti in modo facile, personale professionale ma allo stesso tempo dall’approccio gentile e rispettoso…ti fa sentire a casa! L’understatement fatto ristorante!

17/03/2025: Excellent experience, 5 of us tried everything and everything was excellent and refined. The pumpkin risotto was the only thing that was a little unsuccessful and basically a dish that you didn't finish, but the rest was excellent, cabbage, Thai soup, truffle cappelletti, cold "cacio e pepe" and space tacos! The desserts which I usually don't like are also excellent. Excellent foie gras but I recommend tasting it for several people and not as a personal dish. I just hope the menu changes with the passing of the seasons to try other proposals! Overall we had a great time and were very kind...despite the rush to clear the table which caused an unfinished dish to disappear (we shared them between us) and a bottle with still water inside...a venial shame. Really a round 9 for the culinary offering and the environment. High price considering over 50 without wine, but if you keep certain proposals and also rotate menus it's worth it (but not the risotto, I hope they eliminate it or improve it because it's really inedible, dry and bland and I love them)

13/04/2025: Ormai uno dei nostri ristoranti del cuore! Demis è sempre più una garanzia. Sempre alla ricerca di prodotti unici per qualità, sapore ed originalità. La sapienza culinaria ormai è di altissimo livello. La continua ricerca di accostamenti dei sapori da risultati sempre egregi con equilibri perfetti. Oggi ho mangiato una evoluzione della parmigiana, fantastica! Una calamarata con un ragù di pecora ed emulsione di basilico e menta e delle costine cbt davvero super. Gli altri 3 commensali hanno scelto il pesce ed anche quello senza alcuna sbavatura. I dolci... Chiusura speciale. Il servizio sempre puntuale, professionale e cortese l'ambiente intimo ed accogliere. La nostra solita coccola domenicale. Grazie Demis, Simona e tutto lo staff!

12/04/2025: Graduation Party 03/19/25 I'm writing a little late, but I can't help but do it. It's not difficult to sing the staff's praises, after all. Extremely courteous and professional, always. (and patient: Having them choose the wine for me, considering that I don't understand a thing about it is like asking a blind native to describe colors). They welcomed me as always with the usual warmth, and did me the huge favor of arranging for my graduation lunch in a quick and fast manner (on a day when they didn't serve lunch, moreover, but they did me the courtesy anyway!!) Having many southern relatives, I agreed on a traditional Ferrarese menu: Pinzini and salami Pumpkin tortelli Salama and also Tenerina. The owner, very nice, also carefully prepared a menu for a celiac guest, managing the matter impeccably and suggesting the best and most valid alternative. In short, I think that the comments of the guests are fundamental: Guests from Ferrara: 1) "Pig, those pumpkin cappellacci are so good!!!" 2) "Bro, I usually hate salami but this was delicious" Guests from outside Ferrara 1) "I had read that Ferrarese cuisine was very heavy and instead..." 2) "What a beautiful place, what good food, congratulations on your choice!!" In short. five well-deserved stars, and the warm advice to eat there AT LEAST a couple of times, to try everything on the menu. Because a restaurant succeeds when the guests don't criticize

06/04/2025: Non-obvious combinations in very interesting and refined dishes. I got to sample most of the menu having shared some with others and it was all extremely good! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and also gave good advice on portions when there was a choice between large and small. We really had a great time, highly recommended place! Cabbage is definitely the dish I recommend trying!

20/03/2025: Despite the distance that separates us, the journey to Cattolica does not weigh on us at all, and this is all thanks to Andrea, the owner of the restaurant. Andrea is an extraordinary person who truly puts his heart into his work. The passion and attention to detail are reflected in every dish, especially in his delicious fish dishes, which are absolutely worth trying. every bite is an experience that reflects the care and attention that Andrea and his staff put into the preparation and service. We can't help but come back, not only to taste the culinary delights, but also for the warm hospitality that always makes us feel at home!

07/03/2025: Superlative!! We booked a dinner for 2 people at Arnaldo's and it was a wonderful experience. Very refined and refined location, impeccable service. We both did the tasting menu and they brought us a lot of food, a wide choice with trolleys for appetizers, 2 first courses, boiled and roast trolley, dessert trolley with a very wide choice here too and then a digestive. Definitely an experience to do and repeat every now and then to pamper yourself a little. I returned for dinner in February 2025 and I confirm every single word of the review. The quality is always very high, service and everything perfect. I recommend it very much.

Excellent service, excellent cuisine, lots of tradition all contained in the simplicity of this place. I recommend the tasting menu and an excellent Sangiovese. For the rest, let the surprise do the rest.

05/04/2025: Very good pulled pizza, excellent value for money. Very crowded and on Saturday evenings (I think also on Sundays) they don't accept reservations so it's best to go early (they open at 6.30pm. Helpful and friendly staff. The desserts are also good.
