11/05/2025: Oggi, festa della mamma, a la Cà d'la Gringola, siamo stati benissimo!!! Antipasto: tosone fritto e cipolle caramellate, Primi: tortelli d’erbetta, tortelli di patate viola con tartufo, caramelle del norcino Secondo: guancialini con patate al forno Dolci: tiramisù, sorbetto al limone e tartufo al limone Lambrusco Tutto squisito! Ottima cucina e personale molto gentile e disponibile tanto che alla richiesta di cambiare tavolo in quanto i vicini commensali erano molto rumorosi, ci hanno subito accontentato. Ve lo consiglio 😉

The staff is very kind, the menu of the day is truly exquisite and of excellent quality. I can't find any negative points, I will definitely return if the opportunity arises!

Per quanto mi riguarda, volevo sottolineare la gentilezza del personale, avevo avvisato di avere problemi seri di alimentazione e avendo visto la mia comanda sono venuti dalla cucina per avvisarmi che quel piatto non andava bene x me. Non finirò mai di ringraziarli. Non ho potuto godere della loro cucina, ma questo per me è stato molto più importante!

12/05/2025: Characteristic place with beautiful and comfortable rooms, a sort of luxurious ancient cellar with arches, where you can breathe the care and dedication that "the NEW management" gives to its place. Excellent cuisine with tasty and quality dishes, well presented both meat and fish; and I cannot fail to mention the excellent and vast selection of wines. Very kind, friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend.

Everything was excellent from the cold cuts platter plus fried gnocco... first courses with homemade pasta and that extra touch in the plating... desserts to the 🔝... a good wine list.. very kind owners and staff.... 13/05/2025: As a local from Bologna, I can say this is by far the best gelato in the city. It’s always packed with tourists, but honestly, they’re here for a reason — the gelato is that good. The flavors are so rich and authentic, you can tell they use the best ingredients. Even with all the gelaterias in Bologna, this one still stands out. Highly recommend it!

21/04/2025: Well I already had a couple of "favorite places", but I think this one surpassed them all 🙂 I had been hearing about it for a long time but, for various reasons, I had never managed to go. This time, even though I had booked in the corner... it went well, even though it was a holiday. Thanks to Davide, Annalisa Edoardo and their entire "gang" for how they manage this jewel on our Apennines. In addition to being in an incredible place in terms of location, it is a wonderful place, in a spectacular setting and... coincidentally the food is also delicious! 😜 I didn't take all the photos of the dishes because... well, I forgot 🥺, but here, in addition to the palate, the eye also has its part! Everything is obviously cooked with passion and with excellent quality raw materials, with results 😋 and an adequate quality/price ratio. Thanks again guys, and see you soon!
