The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, ideal for those seeking a special evening where every detail makes the difference. The staff looked after us with extreme professionalism, explaining each course with passion and expertise. The culinary journey was a crescendo of flavors: We began with creative and tantalizing welcome amuse-bouche. The egg cooked at 63°C (145°F) is a masterpiece of technique and texture. The trout tartare was surprising, a fresh and balanced dish. Honorable mention goes to the tajarin with lobster and kimchi air. Tortelloni with Wagyu beef stew: an explosion of enveloping flavor. We finished in style with a Marsala zabaglione and their original take on a revisited tiramisu. A must-try for those who love haute cuisine that doesn't forget substance. We'll definitely be back. Kudos to the entire staff!

28/02/2026: A young and original place, the wood-fired pizzas are delicious, sometimes with unusual toppings. But perhaps the real highlight are the burgers and smash burgers: soft bun and quality ingredients. Dinner ends on a high note with one of their desserts.

01/01/2026: You never cease to amaze us. Always fresh dough and endless toppings. This time I tried the piadina with gratinated vegetables, burrata, and lemon zest—truly excellent! It's a shame there aren't any indoor tables for the winter. However, when the weather starts to warm up, the outdoor ones are incredibly popular.

07/03/2026: After seven years in Bologna, I can honestly say I've found the best gelato in town. Just like they used to make it back then, creamy and authentic. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the mascarpone is to die for!

06/03/2026: A historic place in the area that absolutely doesn't disappoint. The pasta is amazing, no matter what type you order. We didn't order the main courses, but seeing them on the plates as they passed by, it was well deserved! The homemade desserts are excellent; the only downside is that some of their own bitters would have been nice. Highly recommended 👌👌👌

One of the few places where it's difficult to recommend dishes precisely because each one is a treat you won't regret. The staff is simply wonderful and will help you enjoy an evening you won't soon forget. If you go, you'll discover you've rarely eaten better!

The place is quite small (about 40 seats), and it's very difficult to find a table, so you have to book well in advance... but it's a place full of surprising delights. The Modena rosettes are extraordinary, a must-try! The risotto is excellent, and all the desserts are excellent. Absolutely courteous service, and the atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly.
