06/01/2026: It's a gray, cold day, so what could be better than lunch with friends in a historic trattoria?
Everything was superb, and we devoured the appetizer without feeling heavy. For the first course, we had the anolini in brodo, which, in my humble opinion, I would have preferred with a more robust broth, not to say capon, but with a more decisive flavor, but excellent nonetheless. We had the tagliolini with truffle and the gnocchi with ragù, all excellent.
For the second course? Nothing, we were full.
The bill was good.
The service was exceptional.

31/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, seven of us. The service was wonderful. The pizzas were delicious, and they served us in Spanish, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend it.
16/01/2026: I had dinner at Saraceno restaurant last night with two friends and it was a truly wonderful experience.
The location is beautiful, well-kept, and pleasant, ideal for enjoying the evening.
I chose the fish dishes and found them excellent: well-balanced flavors, excellent quality, and meticulously prepared. I was also impressed by the combinations they offered, original and well-executed.
The service was also excellent: a special mention to the waitress who looked after us at our table, always attentive and present, capable of making us feel pampered without ever being intrusive. She was excellent at explaining the dishes and very friendly.
Highly recommended!

01/02/2026: In the age of all-you-can-eat sushi at €40 a head, you can add a few more euros and enjoy a sumptuous nine-course tasting menu. The pairings are as original as they are successful, and each dish surprises the palate without overpowering.
The wine cellar is well-stocked and at absolutely affordable prices.
Special mention also goes to the friendly and hospitable owner.
The service is certainly more informal than a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the substance—and that's what matters—is absolutely comparable. It's worth the trip.

Highly recommend the tiramisu and crema — incredibly creamy and full of character, just like a grandma’s secret recipe.
The staff were so patient and thoughtful with their introductions and flavor recommendations, which truly brightened my first day in Bologna.
Can’t wait to come back for the June-only peach flavor! 🍑🍨✨

07/01/2026: It's very charming, located at the entrance to the center, with cozy tables. We stopped for breakfast and had a great time! Excellent selection of coffees, and very interesting! The basic Ducale blend is very balanced and pleasant, but my favorite was the India blend, very creamy with hints of dried fruit and chocolate. The staff are really helpful in recommending and explaining the differences. They generally have eight blends, so there's no shortage of reasons to come back!

An original two-story interior, still decorated in a Christmas theme, and an outdoor area, a veranda with large windows that will open in the summer, a bit more impersonal. The appetizer wasn't the best; the cured meats were a bit flavorless and cut way too thick. My tortelli were good, delicate, and flavorful.

16/01/2026: A well-known restaurant in Ferrara that I found overrated compared to my high expectations.
Personally, I find the menu rather boring and repetitive, almost always featuring only fish, and therefore it's not to my liking.
The service, unless you're a known and loyal customer, isn't particularly attentive.
The open space overlooking the street is interesting, especially in summer and fall.
Recommended but with reservations; it's definitely a place that could improve, especially in terms of value for money.
The reservation service could be improved.
06/01/2026: Disorganized bookings; they don't answer the phone. We went on the first night, recommended by the hotel, and were told at 7:00 PM that without a reservation, we couldn't get in. A table for two was provided. The next day, we tried to book from the morning, even through the hotel, but they didn't answer. That evening, we tried to stop by and were turned away a second time, saying we couldn't have dinner without a reservation. How to book this restaurant remains a mystery. I'd say I'll never try again.
