12/04/2025: Siamo stati lo scorso sabato con colleghi. Già in fase di prenotazione sono stati gentilissimi. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato il benvenuto ma il tavolo non era pronto così ci hanno offerto un calice nell’attesa. Apprezzatissimo. Servizio impeccabile, cortesia e prodotti eccellenti. Qualità e prezzo in ottimo rapporto. Location curata in zona centralissima.
31/03/2025: Dinner with colleagues. Formal environment but not too much. The appetizers are good, especially the prawns. With the baked turbot, potatoes and artichokes have outdone themselves...cooked and boned to perfection. Advised

29/03/2025: Let's start with the fact that I'm sorry to be forced to write this review.
I've eaten at this restaurant twice.
The quality of the raw materials, the study of the combinations and the preparation of the dishes are absolutely excellent. I've eaten excellent risottos with combinations of decidedly successful and interesting flavors.
I'm not entirely convinced about the price: I find that some dishes are slightly too expensive, but all in all it's fine considering the quality.
A flaw, in my opinion, is that they charge €2.50 per person for the cover charge (which is nothing more than a paper placemat and a bag with cutlery and a napkin also made of paper) but on the menu - unless I'm mistaken - I don't seem to have read it. Personally, for that price I would expect a table setting made of very different materials.
The problem that leads me, unfortunately, to write this one-star review despite the excellent premises, is that I hate being made fun of and I can't stand the so-called "smart guys".
After lunch I go to the cashier, pay €38.00 in cash and am given a non-fiscal receipt (the famous "pre-bill", which here is almost completely similar to a fiscal receipt, even without the indication that it is a non-fiscal document, a condition that seems to me to be mandatory for a pre-bill).
When I ask the girl at the cashier to receive the fiscal receipt, she kindly responds (as if I were a complete idiot) that it was already in my hands.
After telling her that what I had in my possession was not the actual receipt, she finally gives me the commercial document.
Unfortunately, I must point out that this modus operandi is not the first time it has happened, during my previous visit I had been given the "pre-bill", but I only noticed it once at home and I was unable to request the actual fiscal document.
I understand everything, but being crafty by evading taxes and then also trying to make fools of those who point it out I think is a bit too much.
If you get caught with your fingers in the jam, at least have the good sense not to fool the person in front of you by denying the evidence.
I attach to the review the photos of the excellent risottos eaten and the two receipts received, the "fake" one and the "real" one.

18/03/2025: stumbled upon it by chance for an aperitif, but the dishes we tasted are tasty and there are tapas at a truly affordable price, even the beer was. There is also gluten-free beer.
Internal room well furnished and very tidy and clean.
I would happily stay here again.
12/03/2025: Locale carino carino, meglio prenotare anche se noi siamo stati molto fortunati. Menù con specialità tapas ma non solo. Io avrei assaggiato tutto... La cosa ideale sarebbe prendere tanti piatti da condividere per un apericena sfizioso. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

23/02/2025: In our pilgrimage in the hills of Reggio Emilia, over the years we have our refreshment points, recently some structures have closed their doors and we are sorry, fortunately the COPERATIVA COMUNITÀ DEI CAVALIERI, resists, ensuring that it becomes our point of reference, with good food and the kindness of the people who manage it. It is worth paying them a visit upon reservation on weekdays.

17/04/2025: SPECTACULAR. It says TRATTORIA and the harmony is typical of a trattoria (beautiful) Mario and all his staff are friendly and make you feel at home.
I had dinner with cruditas, the chef outdid himself there (see photo). I can't talk about the price because it was offered to me by a friend, but I would have paid any price willingly and with extreme satisfaction.
I also had the opportunity to eat meat and you can't go wrong there either.
But fish is special 👏👏👏
13/04/2025: Mario and his staff are always ready to create new proposals, all good, so many that I don't really know what to recommend.
In our table of 10 people, we all had delicious and well-presented dishes.
The fish is fresh, delicate and is enhanced (not covered) in the various fillings or condiments of first courses and appetizers.
The second courses are excellent, as are the desserts
The dining room staff is always polite and punctual, the guys are very kind and very helpful.
Compliments to the owner, the dining room and kitchen staff; both for the kindness and for the presentation of the dishes.
If I could, I would give 6 stars!

23/02/2025: Bello il luogo, simpatica l’idea di cenare al tavolo con altri commensali, gentile tutto il personale della struttura.
Nella prenotazione il mio compagno comunica la mia intolleranza al lattosio: quando arriviamo però dico alla cameriera che posso prendere la pastiglia per l’intolleranza perché non vorrei perdermi il valore dei piatti.
La ragazza mi assicura che i piatti saranno gli stessi, nessuna variazione.
Unica cosa il piatto delle “ cinque stagionature di parmigiano reggiano” che se voglio possono cambiarlo con “l’anguilla che risale dal Po”.
Chiedo com’è l’anguilla perché non l’ho mai mangiata e la cameriera mi dice che è un piatto eccezionale. Certo i gusti sono gusti ma diciamo che più che un piatto eccezionale mi si poteva dire che ha un gusto molto molto forte.
In un locale del genere poi mi aspetterei che sapessero che il parmigiano da 24 mesi non ha il lattosio.
I gusti sono gusti e a me piace il pesce ma i piatti di mare per il mio palato erano davvero troppo forti (sia l’ostrica, sia il riso al nero di seppia, sia l’anguilla il cui sapore mi ha letteralmente disgustata).
Sono stata in tanti altri ristoranti stellati e non mi erano mai capitati abbinamenti tra tanti gusti così diversi, forti, affumicati,contrastanti (esempio il riso al nero di seppia da mangiare assieme al riso con porcini e tartufo).
Ho scoperto che questi contrasti così violenti non fanno per me. Ma la stella non è per questo perché come scrivevo sopra ognuno ha i suoi gusti (anche se vista la spesa speravo di fare un’esperienza idilliaca).
La stella è perché è inaccettabile che mi venga detto che i piatti sono gli stessi e poi la lasagna mi venga presentata senza besciamella: questa non è più la lasagna e credo che per un piatto che costa 80/110 euro in menù alla francescana la fatica di fare una besciamella senza lattosio la si poteva anche fare. Stessa cosa per “oops mi è caduta la crostata al limone”, altro piatto da 60 euro in menù alla francescana. Il mio compagno aveva del gelato al limone mentre io una spuma dolcissima con retrogusto di limone. Ci sono tanti stranieri che vengono in questo locale e forse a loro la potete raccontare (aldilà che proprio perché c’erano tanti stranieri la presentazione completa è stata fatta solo in inglese e poi per noi italiani ignoranti, visto che lo abbiamo richiesto, un po’ di parole a raccontare i piatti) ma io mi sento presa in giro.
E questo sarebbe il servizio offerto dal miglior chef al mondo ?

04/02/2025: We are on holiday in Rivazzurra di Rmini and after spending the morning on the beach, we decide to book at this restaurant, on the beach at Bagno 124.
The staff were immediately very friendly and helpful.
Let's take two first courses, invidia and passatelli matti: a meeting of exquisitely crafted flavors prepared with care and skill.
Abundant dishes with reasonable waiting times. Really excellent!
Then a pasta with tomato sauce for our child and then we also tried their piadina with Parma ham and mozzarella, very tasty indeed.
Two glasses of white wine to accompany, some bottles of water and two coffees.
I think the €61 bill is fair and in relation to the quality of the service offered and the raw materials.
Compliments! Advised.

Per quanto riguarda la pizza, sono di Napoli e fidatevi: È buonissima! Impasto soffice e scioglievole. Davvero saporita. Da provare. Continuate così, bravi
