My wife and I returned to this restaurant after 7 years with a couple of friends (we are from Bergamo). We ate very well, just like we did back then. Highly recommended.

Excellent (or as my elementary school teachers used to say when I was a kid: very good, 10, congratulations!) As recommended, we started with the famous fried cakes and two classics: mixed tagliatelle and parmesan with balsamic vinegar. Then we had pasta and then guanchialino. Everything was delicious 😋😋😋

A trattoria with a timeless atmosphere, from the decor (wooden tables, chairs, and furniture, as well as vintage slicers) to the food. They offer typical regional dishes: the cured meats are excellent, freshly prepared on an open counter, demonstrating the freshness of the product. The first courses are also very good. Going downstairs, you can see the room where the hams and other cured meats are aged.

We searched for and booked in advance because they had really spoken highly of it. Our expectations were not disappointing at all. Everything was excellent. The place is very spacious and has plenty of seating. The service is impeccable. We will definitely be back.

He said he didn’t have availability first. And to the guests who spoke English, he turned them down. When we came with my Italian friend, he first said he didn’t have available, so she needed to smooth talk him a lot. And after a while he said he had a table for us. I found that a bit strange. We walked in and the inside was packed, but in the back garden there were only 3-4 tables taken. The rest (9-10) were free. I found that strange too. Food was great!!

29/05/2026: Excellent food, polite, attentive, and friendly staff. It's a shame about the people at our table next to us, who spent an evening trying to figure out how to get a discount from the owner. I recommend eating at your place next time.
