We had lunch at this trattoria. The staff is courteous and very professional. The food here is truly excellent. We loved it. We'll definitely be back.
I recommend booking well in advance to secure a seat, as it's very popular.
Dogs are welcome.

If there's one restaurant worth visiting in Parma, it's Trattoria Corrieri. It's a place that speaks for itself as soon as you arrive and you're presented with this building with soft lighting and warm colors. At the entrance, posters of the past and an exemplary welcome with a big smile plastered on the face of the person who welcomes you, and the aromas and the open kitchen already tell you that the experience you're about to have will be special. From the appetizers with typical Parma ham, moving on to Parmigiano Reggiano, all the way to the tortelli with aromatic herbs, the culinary journey is a succession of Pindaric flights to the heart of taste. Balsamic vinegar and honey provide the backdrop. Then, the quality/price ratio is unique, also considering the good and well-recommended wines. Desserts are equally original and artisanal. What more can I say? A must-try as soon as you arrive in the city and to return a thousand times!! Well done Demetrio for the service!

A beautiful day in Parma for the centenary of Claude Monet (go see the exhibition, it's worth it!), capped off with a stop at this famous trattoria. High expectations were met: spectacular cured meats (honorable mention for culatello and culatta), all accompanied by an absolutely superb torta fritta (even though we're used to the "hollower" Piacenza version, this one won us over).
The first courses won us over: the tortelli alle erbette are among the best we've ever tried, described by my wife as "the best ever," and the cappelletti in brodo are pure poetry. Even though we didn't have room for the second course, we couldn't resist an excellent tiramisu and shavings of 24-month-aged Parmigiano with balsamic vinegar, all washed down with an excellent Lambrusco.
Top-notch service thanks to Dimitri, professional and very courteous. We'll definitely be back!

My favorite place to eat in Parma. Despite becoming increasingly touristy, it maintains its essence of traditional local cuisine. Excellent salumi and pasta, but they also offer meat and vegetables.
Special recommendation: torta fritta with salumi (cold cuts: prosciutto di Parma, culatello, slame di felino, coppa, etc.) and the tortelli di zucca.
