Definitely the best seafood restaurant in Parma. Top quality raw materials, beautifully executed and presented dishes, wide selection of dishes and from the wine list.
To make the ultimate leap (that would also justify such a high price) I think it is necessary to focus on the details... a chipped plate... very courteous service, but too informal for a restaurant of this level...
However, the road is the right one because the most important thing (the substance of the dishes and the quality of the raw materials) is at the top

Every time I return I find dishes always designed with the utmost care and quality. The cuttlefish appetizer and the sunset linguine in Ustica are perhaps the two best dishes I have ever eaten in my life! Compliments

A pleasant discovery in Parma where the fish cuisine transports you to Sicily....the dishes with well-balanced flavours, strong if necessary, unique certainly demonstrate a search for raw materials and particular attention in proposing Sicilian tradition in a modern key .
A place where it is pleasant to be advised by attentive and trained staff, a place where conversation is pleasant thanks to the environments that are never noisy and above all with attention to detail.
The dishes are excellence for the palate and the eyes, certainly worth trying to give a correct value
The cellar is quite well stocked with labels of a certain value.
Despite the refinement of the cuisine and the final price is adequate.
We will certainly return to try the other seaside routes
Congratulations to the chef for the experience he gave us.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Don Antonio restaurant with my partner and it was a unique experience.
Each dish is studied down to the smallest detail, from the countless entrées to the chocolates to conclude the meal.
An honorable mention goes to the dining room staff who knew how to pamper us and advise us from the wine pairing to the actual choice of dishes. As I am a vegetarian I had fewer options but I was absolutely satisfied with the simple but incisive flavors of the dishes.
We will definitely be back!

Cena di un venerdì sera. Possibilità di scegliere menu degustazione con numero vario di portate, o alla carta. Noi abbiamo optato per la seconda possibilità. Il pesce è assolutamente fresco con abbinamenti azzeccati; qualità delle materie prime. Prezzi di conseguenza; lo consiglio più per una cena intima che per gruppi numerosi.
