Everything was excellent, a little pricey and a little out of the way, but definitely worth it.

I hadn't been back to "Dall'Amedea" in a while, and I have to say it was a wonderful surprise.
In a spotlessly clean and acoustically pleasant restaurant, we were greeted and served by an extremely pleasant and friendly young woman who, in good time, introduced us to Chef Simone's dishes.
Every bite lived up to expectations, whether it was a simple friggione or a tataki, or the pappardelle or balanzoni.

The à la carte menu is fairly limited, with a separate daily special. Traditional dishes are good, but nothing memorable.
Relaxingly expensive: two main courses with two sides, a bottle of water, a bottle of wine, and two coffees totaled €80.

Food: delicious, made with love and acknowledgment to make it more enjoyable.
Simone cares a lot about telling how the food is prepared and why there is particular matchmaking to improve the flavour of the dishes.
Service: very caring and friendly
Atmosphere: make the atmosphere a bit “warmer” with lights or candles
Little remark: slightly higher than average

I had dinner here with my wife last night and I highly recommend the restaurant. The people who work here are friendly, kind, and patient. The dishes are excellent, with portions more generous than I expected. The two of us split a portion of mozzarella bites wrapped in pancetta, then we had baked pasta with white ragù and prosciutto (off the menu, so you might not find it when you come) and tortellini in parmesan cream: everything was delicious, and the tortellini (made on site) were truly exceptional. The desserts (my wife's tenerina, a mascarpone cream with chocolate chips) were also memorable. The coffee was excellent, too. Dear Trattoria Amedea, it was a real pleasure meeting you: we'll definitely be back to try your tortellini in brodo and your cotoletta.

A traditional restaurant that won't disappoint.
The first courses are delicious, and the second courses are equally delicious.
The staff is courteous and friendly, and the place is very charming.
Definitely worth a try.
