23/11/2025: I visited Filetteria 1.0 with my girlfriend after booking for 8:30/9 PM. Unfortunately, the reception didn't live up to expectations: we were left waiting until 9:20 PM without any clear communication, and when we finally confronted her, we were told, in a less than cordial manner, that there were no tables available. Only when we were returning to the car were we called back because a table had become available. I understand that unexpected events can happen, but in situations like this, greater customer service would be desirable. The only gesture offered was to save us the cost of the wine, but considering the inconvenience experienced, more attention to the bill would have been more appropriate. The limited reserved parking spaces also made the visit less convenient. I would, however, like to highlight the excellent service of the wait staff, always friendly, helpful, and smiling, which was undoubtedly the best aspect of the experience.

18/10/2025: I spent three days in Porretta, a place recommended by a friend... I came all three nights! Excellent cuts of meat, excellent butter, and the "big Rufus" with 300g of meat is world-class! Informal place, friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended. I forgot: very fair prices considering the quality of the ingredients used, all local.

29/09/2025: I've been a regular customer for over a year, and everything is excellent. What stands out most is the quality of the products—the fries are among the best I've ever eaten, as is the quality of the meat and the unique and never boring sandwich menu. Another important aspect is the service, especially Rossella, the owner. She's truly a hard worker and always attentive to customer needs, kind and ready to listen to everyone's needs. The atmosphere is informal and makes you feel at ease. Excellent value for money. Kudos to all the staff.

26/11/2025: This is a very strange restaurant. The strangest thing is probably the communication with the staff. I've been twice, and each time I doubted my Mandarin. But one of the female staff members is a Chinese person with normal hearing. So, have you never heard a Northern Chinese person speak before? When dealing with Chinese people, the two staff members at the counter were incredibly relaxed, like they were on vacation. And when I asked if I could sit at the bar, the staff member replied with a half-smile: "You want to sit at the bar? ...Then what is the purpose of your bar? Or is it to judge customers' choices?" Also, the male staff member serving the food should learn how to speak properly instead of staring at customers. Are they trying to make me turn back? Do they get tips for staring at people? All of this is understandable. What if this were an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant? But unfortunately, I suggest the owner go to Japan instead of trying to cram Japanese elements into the restaurant.

14/10/2025: On the occasions I have been there I have always eaten well, generous portions, a well-kept environment and kind and helpful staff. A stone's throw from the Canneviè oasis where you can take a beautiful walk. Nearby there is also the hotel of the same name.

09/10/2025: I stayed 1 night. It's an old 18th-century building. Very beautiful and comfortable. Located within the oasis of the same name, offering hiking opportunities. Stylish rooms and excellent breakfast. Excellent service.

08/12/2025: We ate at La Capannina and were truly satisfied. Authentic Romagna cuisine, the kind that tastes like home, with simple yet beautifully prepared dishes and quality ingredients. Generous portions, authentic flavors, and a perfect balance between tradition and meticulous preparation. The service was friendly and attentive, without ever being intrusive, and the welcoming atmosphere immediately made you feel at ease. One of those places you'll gladly return to because you know you'll eat well and feel good. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic Romagna cuisine, without frills but with a lot of heart. We'll definitely be back!

23/11/2025: At first glance, the place looks very nice, especially from the veranda, which offers a beautiful view. However, from the opposite side where we ate, despite its unique character, it feels rough and dirty: there were lots of cobwebs, exposed water tanks, and unfortunately, even a few insects on the curtains. The food: the mixed antipasto was quite good, but no one liked the first courses, the second courses were nothing special, and the side dishes were poor. (Mixed antipasto/pappardelle with wild boar/tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms/Florentine steak/devil-style cockerel/sliced ​​beef/mixed grill/grilled vegetables and baked potatoes). For the limoncello and licorice, they brought plastic cups, which no one appreciated. I wasn't satisfied with the dessert either (passion fruit parfait). Price: around €40 per person. We won't be returning.

14/12/2025: We took the opportunity to come to Parma to visit with two nephews who are attending university, and together we tried dinner at Parma Rotta. It was a delightful experience: the restaurant was excellent, the service impeccable, and the waiter who accompanied us during dinner was excellent (a young man of Tunisian origin who attends university, whose name we don't know). The quality of the food was excellent (traditional tortelli and then the sublime Portuguese steak), not to mention their fiordilatte ice cream with zabaglione sauce, wow. We'll definitely be back.

18/11/2025: My colleague and I were in Brooklyn for a work trip and decided to try Al di Là Trattoria, and what a gem it turned out to be! We opted to dine at their wine bar, conveniently located right around the corner on Carroll Street, and it was the perfect selection. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was impeccable. Our bartender was the definition of professional, attentive. As for the food, the meal was absolutely delicious. This is a must-visit spot in Carroll Gardens. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back next time we are in the area. A 5-star place for sure!
