The schiacciata is soft and crunchy, and there are tons of options.
You can also build your own if you don't find something you like.
The beer is excellent; we had a delicious amber IPA.
The service was very quick, and the waiter was very kind in finding us a seat near the counter.

28/02/2026: Nice pub near the center of Bologna. The outdoor and indoor verandas are well-maintained and clean. High-quality craft and niche beers for all tastes. Plenty of taps available. Refined spirits and spirits are available. The menu is simple and has something for everyone. The burgers are fantastic. The guys at the bar are incredibly kind and helpful. A place for all ages, where I always return with pleasure.
16/02/2026: Excellent quality of ingredients and equally excellent preparation. The menu could perhaps be improved in terms of variety.
Minimalist but friendly service.
The venue could be improved, as could the music selection, which doesn't encourage conversation.
Overall, definitely recommended.

06/03/2026: Dinner for four on Saturday. The meat was average, the wine list excellent, the service young, fast, and friendly. The bill was reasonable.
Very noisy atmosphere.
01/03/2026: We went to the restaurant alone. The service was excellent, even though the place was packed. The hand-cut beef empanadas were very good, and the chicken empanadas were also tasty with a slight spiciness. The grilled meats were excellent (flank steak, sirloin, and ribeye), but the pork ribs and sausages were a bit burnt. As for the desserts, the pancakes with dulce de leche were very good, while the dulce de leche ice cream left much to be desired.
Regarding the facilities, the acoustics could be improved, as the noise and shouting were quite loud.

Not updated on Google. We exited the highway, parked, and walked in the rain.
06/01/2026: The large parking lot is outside the town of Bagno di Romagna, but not far away. Reservations are required as it's very popular! Excellent quality and good prices.

21/02/2026: Truly a place to try. Platters of cold cuts and cheeses with fried gnocco and exquisite crostini. Excellent first courses, in the best Romagna tradition. Excellent meats, you can also find roast white meats, guinea fowl and rabbit, not always easy to find as offered in restaurants. Elegant restaurant with furnishings and paintings that bring back the authentic Romagna taste. Fast and welcoming service. Congratulations.

08/03/2026: If you like simple seafood, this is your place. Excellent fried food, generous and tasty grilled dishes; the octopus on creamed potatoes was a little rubbery.
Wide selection of desserts, moderate wine list, and perhaps a bit of a markup.
09/01/2026: Very nice location, pleasant service, and a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the ingredients (fish) is very high, and they have an excellent wine selection. The only shame is that the first courses are too salty, and I found some sand residue in the sauce.

19/02/2026: Lunch break with a set menu. It's a shame that after asking me if I'd ever eaten there, I said no without telling me. They made me sit in the à la carte area and didn't offer me the set menu. Not knowing how it worked, I fell for it like a but!
I never write negative reviews except in these cases because I consider it a very unfair comment.
14/02/2026: Whenever the right occasion arises, we return to this wonderful restaurant, and each time I find it enriched with new features, both small and large!
The dining room is increasingly welcoming, with original, classy details that maintain the heart of the osteria it has always been. And the menu always features new dishes with refined and thoughtful combinations, yet rooted in tradition!
Truly, congratulations! 🎉
