A spectacular sliced steak, a wonderful glass of Bordeaux, a good cheese platter, and satisfying service. What more could you ask for?! I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because the smell of meat inside the restaurant was really strong, but all in all, in a well-stocked steakhouse like this, it's understandable! I highly recommend it! If you're looking for good meat, you won't be disappointed!!!

My favorite place in Forli! I always go for their pasta special and a steak of my choosing. The steak experience is amazing you get to choose your cut, size, even taste the meat prior. The staff are knowledgeable about their meats and products. I love the local wine too.
My go to order:

After a while, I return to the temple of "meat," and it's confirmed: they are the best. Alda and Endri exude passion and love for their work. A wonderful evening, starting with the tartare and ending with an amazing Rubia Gallega!! Excellent, always the best!

We ate exceptional meat, beautifully prepared. Period! 😁 I eat very little meat and prefer to eat it when it's truly good: this is the place for it. We tried the raw ham tasting, the steak, and the smoked meat mix: everything was delicious. Thank you for the excellent dinner!
The only downside is the noisy place: it could be worth investing in soundproofing to enjoy it even more.

Courtesy, hospitality, and a wonderful place. The quality of the food is top-notch. This place is known especially for its quality meat, but the pasta dishes are also truly exquisite!

We stopped here because we were struck by the smell of grilled meat and the inviting appearance of the restaurant...we weren't wrong! Excellent food and friendly service, it's definitely a place we'll return to!

A truly charming and well-kept restaurant, themed with a view of the meat cooking area, always a pleasure to observe and conveying a sense of attentiveness and transparency.
The meat is good, well-cooked, and of high quality. Personally, however, I wasn't entirely convinced by the fillet carpaccio, while the other dishes I tasted were enjoyable.
It should be noted that, for a restaurant specializing in meat, the selection isn't terribly extensive. Nothing serious, but it's something you'd expect a bit more in a restaurant of this type.
Another factor that keeps me from giving it the highest rating is the price: I fully understand that meat is expensive, but here the prices are generally above average compared to other similar establishments.
In conclusion, Osteria del Ferro Vecchio remains a good experience, with a pleasant atmosphere and quality meat, but with some room for improvement in terms of variety and value for money.

I have no doubt that the quality of the meat is top-notch, but honestly, I expected better. I didn't like the atmosphere; it was too spartan and unwelcoming. The two ladies serving the tables were not very friendly towards the customers. I asked for a glass of Prosecco and was served three fingers of an almost empty bottle. There wasn't a single bubbly left. The quality of the food is certainly excellent, but for the rest, I have to say that for what I spent, I don't think I'll be back. I'm sorry.
