23/03/2025: The owner should always show the cut of meat BEFORE serving it. Even if it wasn't Fiorentina, they wouldn't leave the kitchen already cut. The risk? That there is no fillet.
The plating is certainly very attractive but:
1) if I order a Florentine steak and it arrives already cut as if it were a steak, I have no way of confirming whether the fillet is there or not. Of course, the meat around the bone is present but I don't know if it really comes from that cut or not. I attach photos.
3) the total amount for the table was not communicated to us but only the cost of 50 euros per person.
Not very serious, I won't be back unfortunately
23/03/2025: Il titolare dovrebbe sempre far vedere il taglio di carne PRIMA di servirlo. Se anche non fosse la Fiorentina, non si fa uscire dalla cucina già tagliata. Il rischio? Che non ci sia il filetto.
Impiattamento sicuramente molto accattivante ma:
1) se ordino una fiorentina e mi arriva già tagliata come se fosse appunto una tagliata, io non ho alcun modo di confermare se il filetto c’è o non c’è (al gusto non mi è parso). Certo, la carne intorno all’osso è presente ma non so se venga davvero da quel taglio o no. Allego foto.
2) il totale del tavolo non ci è stato comunicato ma solo il costo di 50 euro a persona.
Poca serietà, non tornerò purtroppo

28/03/2025: Business lunch with a colleague, we shared three different fish dishes, drank a good glass, found everything very good. Very well-kept environment, kind and discreet service, fair price, if I were to pass through Ravenna again for work at lunch time I will definitely return

06/04/2025: A truly beautiful place...certainly you are not on the seafront...or along the port canal...but the environment and the food are always a guarantee of quality.
As was once the custom, at the end of lunch/dinner he comes over to thank the owner and have a chat...Maybe it's just nonsense but there are those like myself who really appreciate it!

07/04/2025: Location of great impact, inserted in a naturalistic environment in Volano. A farmhouse suspended between the waters is connected to the mainland by a wooden bridge. Everything acquires poetry with the slow rhythm of water. Large room with fireplace furnished in rural style, elegant table setting and subsequent plating. Welcoming, kind and attentive staff. We ate a welcome entrée with cod meatball on chickpea mousse with squid ink, accompanied by welcome bubbles, as an appetizer a warm seafood salad with steamed vegetables and a prawn skewer with a side of broccoli and wasabi sauce, as a second course a mixed fried fish and grilled sea bass with spinach. A good Vernaccia di San Gimignano from the Le Colombaie winery was our wine for the fish lunch. Crème brulèe in a cup offered with coffee. To finish, a nice moment in the sun in excellent company on the outdoor terrace. Beautiful day, lovely day!

14/04/2025: The food was delicious. We ordered carpaccio and cheese as a starter, followed by tagliatelle with ragù. Delicious. The desserts were also homemade and unbeatable.
13/04/2025: We were only there for three short espressos at the end of a short hike. Two of our children ate 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Our oldest daughter went to the counter to pay. We were surprised about the 16, - We asked twice and got a different answer each time. We were not given an invoice. In the end the guy at the counter said that he charged €2 per espresso and €5 for 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Oh well …
