Words don’t really quite do justice to the perfection of the meal we had after stumbling on this restaurant. There is a LOT of great, even extraordinary food in Italy, but this was beyond great. Every dish was perfect. If you do nothing else in Parma, come here.
Order the tiramisu, the risotto, the spaghetti pomodoro and the duck pasta.

A great Italian restaurant. The food and drinks are typically Italian, and the service is very attentive and friendly. The man at the cash register could be a bit friendlier.

First time in this delightful location... what can I say? Everything was excellent, from the appetizer, which included a platter of mixed cured meats, all accompanied by excellent torta fritta and excellent parmesan with balsamic vinegar, I would say sublime... not to mention the horsemeat pesto and caramelized onion... the stuffed veal tip was excellent, the potatoes a little less so. Which, alas, were burnt... all washed down with a nice glass of Lambrusco... and to finish the dinner on a sweet note, we ordered a panna cotta with berries... quality and price were normal... if I had to recommend this place, I would. Try it at least once, you will definitely return, seeing is believing. We will do it again.

Lunch for four, all very interesting in a refined and welcoming setting. Local cured meats are a must, and 36-month-old Parmigiano Reggiano with a superb balsamic vinegar glaze. Excellent first courses, and everything was so generously portioned that we didn't ask for second courses. My friend had tagliolini with mushrooms, which he said were definitely fresh, so flavorful they were. The Sangiovese Superiore wine was as expected, and the price was fair.
